There is a semi-covered outdoor patio dining area located street side as well, but it was also empty when I visited. Once home, the food items had been packed extremely well and were still piping hot. The order also included Parmesan dusted garlic bread along with a marinara dipping sauce, which was tasty. My favorite food item ended up being the calamari appetizer since these rings were very lightly battered and had a nice texture. The cannoli was flaky, but the filling and chocolate sauce were underwhelming. The entree sampler was okay, but still not something that knocked me off my feet. Lasagna had a substantial meat sauce, Alfredo was creamy and nice al dente pasta, and sorry to say that the parmigiana was similar to a cutlet that could be found premade in the grocer's freezer section. Our servers were friendly, but there were some extended periods when we weren't checked on. (My friend who recommended it said it was the worst experience she had there.) The food was good overall, although several people in our group commented that it felt pricey for the portion sizes. I had looked at the photos on Yelp and thought the pasta portions looked small, so I ordered a caprese sandwich, truffle fries and broccoli instead. I was happy with my meal and felt like I got a good amount of food. Overall, it was fine, but with so many great restaurants in town, I'm not sure The ROC would be at the top of my list for a return visit.

To reach the dining area upstairs you must climb a long staircase. I would recommend if you are challenged with stairs - make a reservation for the dining area on the first floor. Just remember you must climb a small set of stairs to get into the restaurant itself. Once we were seated, we did have to ask for the AC to be turned on - it was very stuffy. There were two of us - each ordering drinks, salads and entrees. Our waiter was excellent and handled the AC request, drinks refills, check-ins all superbly. I ordered a side garden salad with ranch and the shrimp casserole. The server made a point to let me know there was pasta in the casserole which I thought was nice. I wish she had reminded me there was Italian sausage in it. I'm not a fan of Italian sausage in anything. There was nothing wrong with it, I just don't like it. I ate around it. The shrimp, pasta, broccoli and cheesy cream sauce in the dish were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Very tasty. My salad was pretty good. The blue cheese dressing was delicious.
