I've since seen her twice, once for a physical and the second time for a gyno screening. Gyno's are always awkward - to me anyways. Dr. Peters was great at both appointments. For my physical, she went through everything. I was surprised at how detailed she got during my health history. It was reassuring. I have very little faith in doctors; I think the healthcare system is broken and they simply don't have the time or energy to invest when they're seeing so many patients each day. That being said, Dr. Peters is much better than my last two doctors (yes, I move around a lot). I'm a fan.

I waited for 3 months to book her for my annual exam. One thing I really did not like about her was when I asked about TTC, she simply told me that she doesn't have time to explain and she will be happy to let me borrow her huge medical book which she brought into the exam room. I was so surprised about the way she treated me. She is the one who is doctor and she told me to read her medical book so that I can learn about TTC??? Really?? Also, this was my annual exam visit and she did not take much time either. I waited for 3 months for this appointment, I was assuming that she will take more time with me. Not really. Maybe less than 20 min or so? Other job was done by her nurse practitioner. I will not recommended her to anybody.

I found her through the Beth Israel referral service and have really liked her. The office is quite well-run, too, which is a plus as it makes everything easier. And, they have this amazing website where you can get all your records from the office online, and it's incredibly fast. Very cool.

The location itself is fantastic and welcoming, but you can read more about that in a future review. Katrina was awesome! She is a great listener, and I really liked how understandable she made the medical explanations for why I was having these symptoms. The appointment started in time and we were able to get a treatment plan together, and instructions for follow up in good time. I left very happy with the visit. I'm glad she's part of my primary care team, highly recommend her! Doctors visits are never really anyone's definition of a good time, so thanks for making this a very easy experience!
