He promised me to tow my car to Burlington Hyundai shop, but actually he towed my car to 3D collision in Oakville. My insurance company couldn't find my car and this company told me the truth a week later. The storage fee was $100 a day! Wtf? I kept calling AAction why they towed my car to the wrong place. No one told me. They just asked me to contact 3D collision. It's absolutely a storage scam. Stay away from AAction, and you will live a happy life.

Located in Oakville, at 1201 Speers Road,  I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, ever. They deliberately overcharge and are highly aggressive to women! After my car was rear ended and towed to their business, Josh was verbally abusive and condescending to me and my mother, even in our duress after being in an accident. He lied about receiving information from my insurance company.  When the business was tasked to drop my vehicle in the morning at my mechanic, his driver was very late which was very unprofessional. This greedy business asked for more money than the  quoted price, in an effort to take advantage of my insurance company so they would be paid more. The driver sat outside the mechanics shop and didn't drop the vehicle until 2:00pm, when it was supposed to have been there much earlier. I am very disgusted with the service that I technically didn't recieve from this shop and I will never recommend them to any one!

You can actually send in your form with pictures but I highly recommend going in person. It's super quick and they are able to issue the permit to you immediately. You can even take your pictures there if you don't already have them. Taking your pics here will cost $22, which isn't bad. I actually came to do so on 2 different occasions. The first time, there was no one in line so it took less than 10 minutes. The next time, all the counters were taken but even then, it was pretty fast. Most other people that were there seemed to also be applying for an IDP or renewing their CAA membership which were both pretty fast services. The staff were really friendly even though they seemed swamped. If you haven't been in a CAA store before, they have some really cool travel stuff. They have lots of different plugs for all countries for your travels, luggage, and safe carry bags (like the Pacsafe brand). Just note that this location is not open on the weekends.

I also see many, many one star reviews, all from angry people. At least several times a shift I get people storming in and yelling that their car has been towed. People. This is a PRIVATE parking lot. Not owned or regulated by the town. There are 5 or 6 signs at entrances and throughout the parking lot very clearly explaining that if you park here and leave the property, your car will be towed. It's not the fault of Mike or any other driver you couldn't follow the rules. Quit complaining and be more careful about where you park. Unbelievable.
