Arthur previously worked at CAA, so he knows his roadside assistance and goes over and beyond what CAA would do. I now have a new 3 year warranty battery, installed at my place in about 10 minutes. He was prompt, replied fast and arrived on time. I've got his number handy in case I ever need his services in the future. Highly recommend!
