I thought most people warranty their work without charging for it. I called AffordableDoor once I found out what they charged and asked for a quote to replace two door springs and they couldn't do that. The cost would be determined by service guy after he comes out to do the work, which is a terrible business strategy. I called other garage door repair shops and got quotes for $300.00 to $500.00 to replace two garage door springs. I also found out owners of Affordable Door now have only had this business maybe for 4 years they purchased it from the owner that was a good garage repair company, sorry it has changed .
