In my view, Small Town Property Revival is your go-to handyman company. They have done several…read moreprojects for me both large and small. The biggest project involved installing new boards on my second-story deck, creating a header and gate to the roof, a gate to the stairs, rebuilding a stairway and landing, and lattice and staining for a finished look. Since the initial install, Small Town has done some repairs and went in to reinforce the deck with more robust 6 X 6, concrete footers, other repairs, and darker stain. Other projects have included scraping and painting in a bathroom, repairing double-hung windows, and installing French doors. They have removed floor tiles, and removed old worn-out furniture from the house as well. All along, Small Town has been fantastic to work with, communicative, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this handyman company.

We hired Ibanez painting for interior living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. They kicked off the…read moreprocess with a very thorough overview of the process, clearly explained the process, and the painstaking steps they'd take to ensure that our home would be clean and undamaged throughout the process -- they put dropcloths and plastic over anything that could get paint or debris on it, and used a floor covering to protect our floors from any paint or foot traffic from the crew. All in all, it was above and beyond the sort of precautions I'd ever expect -- but obviously hugely appreciated! The work itself was done incredibly efficiently and with a very high level of craft. As part of the job, they painted our trim, doors and installed new baseboards and hardware. All of that work was done very quickly, and with a very high level of craftsmanship. We were so happy with the work, we hired them a few weeks later to tackle the exterior of our home, and the team was incredibly helpful in consulting on how to pick colors, how to approach the trim, gutters and front door. Again, the team was incredibly thoughtful about protecting our home during the process, and the crew was INCREDIBLY efficient. The entire exterior -- including initial prep and cleaning work -- only took 3 days from start to finish. We've been thrilled with Ibanez and have recommended them to many friends. When we have another painting job, we'll definitely reach out to them again!

They were not only…read moreprofessional and easy to work with, the quality of their work was above and beyond our expectations. The jobs we asked for were quite different too. They painted our picket fence in our front yard and did a great job and took care to prevent paint from getting on our vehicles, plants, or on the sidewalk. They ensured that the paint they used would withstand the weather and sun and so far it has held up great! Our interior jobs were great too. We asked them to paint a brand new addition to our house - walls, ceiling, door, windows, and crown molding. They primed, painted, and made the new room look amazing. We have more plans for painting in the future and we will definitely be using Ibanez Painting again.
