The warranty company set me up with EHL. Previously I'd not heard of the business. I was told I would be called in 48 hours to set up an appointment; they called me the next morning. I was called on Tuesday, they were able to set me a time for 3:00 - 5:30 on Wednesday. I was also told that if they had a cancellation Tuesday they would call me. No cancellation, but the service guy arrived at my house before 3:10 on Wednesday. Very prompt. He looked at the opener and had the issue diagnosed and resolved in under a half hour. I was able to pay with a credit card and he offered to email or text me the receipt in addition to providing me a hard copy of the service invoice. The technician, Josh, couldn't have been nicer.
