They gave me a 4 hour time frame 12-4 and the technician, Jesse, called a little before 12 and said he was on his way. He was at my home about 20 minutes after he called. He took a look at everything and it was my motor that I had heard because it had metal shavings in it and when he told me it was 1997, I knew it had a good run but it was time to replace it.
