They overhauled other aspects of the door to make it run whisper quiet. The two-man crew accomplished everything in about one hour. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was fair, and this is exactly the type of local business I choose to patronize whenever I can.

The price was competitive, the tech was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sell but did have the parts on hand for my last minute addition of replacement rollers. I was happy with the service and price so went ahead and had him do my 2nd (had not yet failed) garage door in order to prevent a future issue. Only thing to be aware of is they use a service to take the incoming calls. Not a problem but understand the first person you speak with is really just collecting your info to send to the actual tech. The phone person will have no real knowledge of the product or trouble shooting and they will have to defer to an on-site tech. My worry was that without understanding my issue the tech would not have the correct parts when he arrived. That was not an issue, he seemed well stocked with everything needed for my repair.

The technician had problems installing it and it has always made a scary POP when I use the door. Being a busy single mom, I just didn't open that door and moved into winter. Several hundred dollars down the drain, I wanted them just to take the opener with them. Frustrated.
