He sprayed lubricant only on the left side of the garage door rollers, which fixed the issue. However, he then told me the spring was "coming apart," which was not true. Another garage company inspected it afterward and confirmed the spring was completely fine. I was charged $120 for a quick spray on a couple of rollers, and the additional claim about the spring was misleading.
