I live in an apartment condo community with six three story buildings with 18 tenants in each…read more T Bach was contracted to put new roofs on all six buildings: a major project. We are half way through the project and I wanted to write at least the initial part of my review now. Tyson, the owner, is a "class act " with management and communication skills that are necessary for a project of this magnitude. With six buildings home for 18 tenants each, there are potentially 108 "owners" , as well as our management, to interact with. I personally had an issue when they started on my building and got no support from our condo management team. I decided to "handle it" myself, which I initially dreaded. That turned out to be the easiest and most effective way to remedy the situation. Tyson and his supervisory staff were often visible, available, and approachable on site. How absolutely refreshing! They have treated us like royalty when we have had any questions during the project. No intimidation: Just outstanding customer service. The men doing the actual labor appeared to be very hard, diligent workers. They were non-intrusive and very welcome on our property. We have been extremely comfortable with their presence. Now, half way through the project, T Bach provided each building with an UPDATE of what the second half would involve AND included the dates that they would be off for the Thanksgiving holiday. AND, this is probably the main reason I felt motivated to write this even though the project is not yet complete. T BACH showed up in each building lobby one evening and SURPRISED us with treats to thank us for our patience! I am a senior citizen and NEVER have I experienced such a thoughtful gesture from a contractor. We are ALL worn out from Covid restrictions, and this unexpected unselfish thank you to us was so very much appreciated. When I personally thanked T Bach for handling my prior issue so well, he replied "All I did was TAlK to you" and of course he remedied the issue. Yes, he talked to me with no defensiveness and with total respect and made the entire discussion actually pleasant.

We used to is company for roof replacement, in which our insurance company advised along with the roof other things were damaged and needed to be replaced. It was a lot of back and forth between Mr We don't show up and our insurance company as he was inflating prices that they did not approve and agree too. The insurance company sent money to us in which we gave to Mr We Don't show up, and here we are 3 weeks later still waiting. Red flag started when one of the contractors showed up with his team and I just so happened to have pulled up at the same time, unaware that they were coming and the guy said he had been trying to call Mr Can't be reached all morning and couldn't reach him and my husband started trying to reach him and couldn't. The guy informed us that this is what he does all the time. After that it's just been downhill. We have been very patient, but at this point we have to take the next steps.

My roof started leaking during the last major rain storm. After trying unsuccessfully to mop up the water I realized I was fighting a losing battle. I knew it was time for a new roof. I called Andy at We Show Up Services. He came to my house, gave me a fair price, worked professionally with my insurance company and reassured me that my roof would be taken care of. The new roof looks great and the workmanship was outstanding. Thank you Andy.

Since we had just had some golf ball sized hail, I agreed to have Randolph climb up on the roof. He indicated that he felt I needed a new roof and we could see holes in the vinyl siding as well. Long story short, he met the Insurance company appaiser and we signed a contract to have Shamrock replace our roof. Every commitment he made, they kept, the workers did a great job and we are very satisfied with Shamrock.

He drove past that and started to knock on doors. When he got to mine, I sternly told him solicitation was not allowed and he needed to not only leave my property, but also the neighborhood. Due to the rule. I saw him get in his truck and continue on to my neighbors. This got me up set. I confronted him again and only after I told him I was calling the police did he get the hint and leave. This is when I noticed his out of state license plate. So the company my seem local, but the people they have selling their services are from out of state and have no ties to the area. This is also the 4th company I have had to threaten police involvement from the storm 2 weeks ago. Shamrock roofing is another company I will add to my list of shady companies with pushy sales tactics.
