We used to is company for roof replacement, in which our insurance company advised along with the roof other things were damaged and needed to be replaced. It was a lot of back and forth between Mr We don't show up and our insurance company as he was inflating prices that they did not approve and agree too. The insurance company sent money to us in which we gave to Mr We Don't show up, and here we are 3 weeks later still waiting. Red flag started when one of the contractors showed up with his team and I just so happened to have pulled up at the same time, unaware that they were coming and the guy said he had been trying to call Mr Can't be reached all morning and couldn't reach him and my husband started trying to reach him and couldn't. The guy informed us that this is what he does all the time. After that it's just been downhill. We have been very patient, but at this point we have to take the next steps.

My roof started leaking during the last major rain storm. After trying unsuccessfully to mop up the water I realized I was fighting a losing battle. I knew it was time for a new roof. I called Andy at We Show Up Services. He came to my house, gave me a fair price, worked professionally with my insurance company and reassured me that my roof would be taken care of. The new roof looks great and the workmanship was outstanding. Thank you Andy.

My insurance company was reluctant. Hail damage. Since my attic showing no leakage five months ago,…read moreso...nothing, right? Then, squirrels made a small hole. I asked Fitzgerald to repair it. He told me of the hail damage. The insurer sent an assessor. Yes. Hail damage on our four roofs. But they said I only had two weeks left after the five month claim period. I went hour to hour demanding they give me the time. I felt their claimed their coverage was their own money. Not what we had paid 35 years for. Fitzgerald supported me and my claim and also squeezed me into their schedule. And over two days, and at times, ten roofers, they repaired my roofs to the extent my neighbors wanted to know who did such a beautiful job. Fitzgerald cares about customers...I can attest to their care and abilities. Go to them and...get covered!

I still have had no contact from the rep. in any capacity since the posting of this.

We threw St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors on the list just because the reviews on Yelp seemed pretty good. Wow, were we impressed! We got a prompt call back and an estimator looked at the roof the next day. Our estimate was very detailed, offering several options. St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors had the best price and we really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell us a bunch of other things we really didn't need. Work on our roof was started fairly quickly and completed in an amazing 2-3 days. Our property was cleaned up thoroughly and we were happy. For a while. Then it rained and our new beautiful roof leaked. We called to complain and they got right back with us, came out quickly and worked on the roof some more. It was still leaking so they came out a second time and it's been dry as bone ever since. Is that great customer service, or what? No excuses, no arguments, they just got right on it and made it right. We've since moved to the Kansas City area or we would have them work on our home again in an instant! I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better.
