HVAC systems are complicated but they are also a big investment, and so I wanted to understand everything and Carlos R. patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions in a straightforward and honest manner (I had a small amount of AC knowledge and also looked up some things after the visit). It didn't make sense to repair it as so much of my system was obsolete, and so I ended up deciding to proceed with a new system. DeHart dropped off a portable AC for my bedroom so that I wasn't miserable during the heatwave over the weekend, and the DeHart crew came early on Monday am and installed everything while I was at work--they were careful with my house and I came home to a clean and air-conditioned house. Carlos R. came back a couple days later to close the loop and answered my questions on how to use the system, the warranty, the maintenance, the permit process, and the rebate. The whole process has been seamless, and the fact that Carlos and DeHart are clearly so detail-oriented gives me a lot of confidence in their long-term quality of service.

Both technicians were very thorough, professional, and informative when assessing the problem. The kitchen drain needed to be snaked on two separate occasions. I had mentioned to the company that the clog must have been pretty serious going on years, especially since my dad had tried to resolve the issue years ago without fully getting it fixed. Now, as of September 2026, we'll see how everything holds up and whether pressure cleaning may be needed down the road but he did informed me that there would be some sort of discount. That really tells me that the company is considerate and really takes care of returning clients. A professional of theirs stopped by, gave me a firm bid, we scheduled time, they called when an earlier slot opened up, and the work was done by 7 minutes after the original start time. The new installation works quite well and we are discussing some other projects I had deferred. Great job Evan's Handyman Co.!
