I had America's choice plumbing thru my home warranty company. The toilets couldn't flush down solid waste. Cecil and Chris came in at two separate visits for the same issue. Their visits were extremely short. The one of Cecil was 10 mins and he ran a 3 feet snake thru the toilets and said there are calcium built inside the toilet. Now they are removed and ok, but he still suggested to replace the toilet to prevent the issue in the future. Chris came over didn't even touch anything and simply said the toilet has bad design/brand and old model. He was again suggesting me to replace the toilet as a whole. Later on, when I brought in another plumber I used to use by myself (not via home warranty company), and he uninstalled the toilet, and found out there was a piece of plastic in the flush channel of the toilet probably dropped by previous homeowner. That's why water can go down, but not solid waste. After taking out the plastic piece, toilet is working all fine. I was disappointed by the fact Cecil and Chris just rushed for quick money and easy money by misleading consumers, but didn't really spend time to find the root cause. They don't bother providing reliable customer service to establish long-term trust and business with consumer. I'm giving them 2 star is because Brian, the 3rd plumber I worked with from this company for a separate faucet leaking issue went well. Brian was patient, diligent and professional. Cecil and Chris don't really deserve any star. read more

I received a call back within just a few minutes of leaving a request and Daniel explained thoroughly what he would need to look for and do for installation of a new gas line. He was super nice and helpful and was able to fix my problem very quickly, and told me what he was doing at every step and was very clean. We just had all the plumbing redone on an older house we bought that has seen later days on the existing plumbing. These guys do top notch work. They did not use the cheap stuff which makes me feel secure for the later years and there work is very professional. They didn't hack up the place like most plumbers do. They did offer to repair what drywall they did cut up that most plumbers will tell you they don't do. They started the job and worked hard to complete it as promise.
