Ok I know it's been crazy with all this pandemic and all but it's been over 5 months since we heard from this guy. We keep calling him and leave him messages but he doesn't return our calls or write back. He took my son for his first driving lesson and second time we tried to pay online for the second lesson, his website took our money again but didn't let us schedule the second appointment. He hasn't refund or try and get a hold of us and we have been trying to call him for months. At least let us know what's going on or refund our money. I don't care if my son has to go thru another school and start from beginning but he is not doing his second or third lesson with this guy...just refund our money you don't deserve it! Zero star!

Mr. Jones is a great teacher, and gave an itemized checklist of what needed to be worked on. Only wish we signed with him beforehand.

Very professional. He communicated effectively and took all COVID-19 precautions. It was a good experience for my young driver.

There are limited trucks available at this location but it is a convenient location to pick up a truck if you live in the Elk Grove area and need to move. The truck has a flat rate and mileage is additional so it would be beneficial to be closer the pick up/drop off location. It is a smaller business so patience is virtue.

I rented a truck from them once just to move a couple of beds from my mom's house back to our house in Elk Grove. I thought they were the closest and returning it would be easy. Too bad I was wrong and the beginning of a nightmare. The truck they rented to me was big enough to do the job but incapable of doing it. Thank God the truck died just before making it to my mom's house. I called to tell them their truck died, but they basically said that since I rented it, it was MY responsibility. I had to babysit it or find some way to get it back to them. After giving up on moving that weekend, I decided to just limp it back, even though it sounded like the engine was going to explode at any minute. After an hour of driving it back to them, five miles, I finally gave this back to them. They didn't even try to give me a free rental to make up for their horrible rental. They sucked so bad I really wished Yelp allowed us to either post 0 stars or another symbol to warn other Yelpers! As for their Diving shop, I wouldn't want to venture a guess much less trust them with a life supporting breathing apparatus. Avoid these clowns at all cost!

I PASSED ON MY FIRST TRY!!!!…read more Thank you so much, Nina, of Bill's Driving School!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER if you're planning to get your driver's license! She was so patient, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about teaching. You can really tell that she wants her students to learn and feel confident behind the wheel, not just pass the test. Every lesson was so helpful, and she made sure I understood what I was doing instead of just memorizing things. She gave me so many tips and helped me feel less nervous and more confident about driving. If you're nervous about your driving test or don't know where to start, I definitely recommend booking lessons with Nina! She's the best, and I'm so grateful I had her as my instructor. FIRST TRY!!! LICENSED DRIVER!!!

She was very nice, but she didn't give me any feedback and this was not helpful for my driving test. On my second lesson I got the same lady, again she was nice. It was just she didn't give me any feedback. On my last lesson, I got an older guy. At first, he was really nice, but when we started driving he would lose patience really quick. On lessons you are told to continue straight unless told to turn and we were passing by a ramp to go on the highway and he grabbed my wheel and said "where are you going?" and I was very thrown off guard because I was not prepared and made me very nervous because he put his hands on the wheel. He would not give me clear instructions, but get mad at me for not following them. But the thing that made me irritated is the fact that he was very unprofessional. He was taking multiple phone calls in the car with me driving, I could not understand if he was talking to me or the person on the phone. This made me very self-conscious and I wanted to go home immediately. Then when I was making a right hand turn, and there was a bike lane, he said I was supposed to go into the bike lane to turn. In conclusion, the school was not helpful. It made me more self-conscious about the way I drive then before I took these lessons. I do not feel prepared for my test. I felt like it was a waste of money and I got scammed.

Superbike Coach - Photo from the Day 1 Cornering class

I've done two Day 1 Cornering classes with Coach Can so far. First time I took it, I was only 2…read moremonths into riding -- and as you can imagine, I was way too confident for my abilities and stupidly so. Superbike Coach provides you with a platform to really get your weaknesses exposed, and I could experiment with things on my bike in a safer, controlled way. Before taking the cornering classes, I couldn't have imagined that I would be leaning through corners so effortlessly and coming to an emergency stop doing a stoppie. The classroom times with Coach Can between sessions also help you drill in what you need to work on for the next session and target the sketchy stuff you felt in the last lap. While I took the class as a relatively new rider, there were just as many people in the class who have been riding for years and had quite a bit of bad habits built up. They also finished the class with a big smile on their face, feeling more confident and having much more trust in their skills. I recommend Superbike Coach to anyone who rides a motorcycle and seeks to improve their skills. The type of bike you ride doesn't matter. However, if you're so new to motorcycles that leaning a bike in itself is a huge challenge to overcome, I'd recommend the 1-on-1 class more before starting the Cornering Day classes. Gear wise you don't have to worry too much, as your street gear would be enough. But protecting the bike somewhat and mentally preparing for a potential drop/slide will help a lot. I'll be returning for Day 2, Day 3 and more, where I've heard the 'real learning' begins. :)

If you're considering any kind of motorcycle training, stop right now and book with the…read moreSuperbike-Coach team! My girlfriend and I just finished the Wheelie Course. We showed up nervous. The first five minutes of Can's intro is blunt. He's brash. He doesn't soften it. I'll be honest: that opening can catch you off guard. Give it an hour. That's when it becomes obvious this isn't attitude for its own sake. Can has a huge heart, and the entire day is built around one thing: making you a better, safer, more capable rider. The skills we left with aren't just "how to get the front wheel up." They're throttle control, body position, focus, and the kind of confidence that carries into street riding, canyon riding, and everything else we do on two wheels. The team on Sunday was outstanding. Can runs the show and still finds time to coach you one-on-one. Direct. Demanding. Completely invested and seemed to really enjoy celebrating your victories no matter how big...or small. Jill is an impressive young woman. Calm, sharp, and clearly cut from the same cloth. She belongs on that staff. Dean kept the whole day light. Jokes all day. That matters when you're nervous and trying something that feels bigger than you. Mark and Chris were the reason bikes stayed running. They made a handful of repairs on the fly so people could stay on two wheels instead of sitting it out. That's not extra. That's the difference between a class that works and a class that falls apart. We cannot thank this team enough. If you want training that actually changes how you ride, book with Superbike-Coach. We are already planning our next course with them!
