I'm so glad we did! The owner came out personally, quickly diagnosed the real issue, and had it fixed in no time. He saved us from an unnecessary HVAC replacement and what would have been a huge expense. It's refreshing to work with a company that's honest, knowledgeable, and focused on fixing the problem instead of selling you something you don't need. The service was prompt, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Energy One to anyone looking for trustworthy HVAC service!

He questioned me about my problem and I let him know what was going on. He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. He then referred me to a draining company to have them come out the next morning and unclog the drain, he actually made the phone call himself sitting in my driveway and scheduled the appointment for me! Customer service like this goes a long way... He now has a customer forever and someone to refer more business to him.
