The owner came out a…read moreweek in advance to give an estimate for removing 2 hickory trees (the tree limbs were growing dangerously close to the deck/house and the squirrels were jumping onto the roof from the trees). The owner was knowledgeable and recommended that if I took out the 2 hickories, I should also remove the 35 foot tall poplar tree that was growing directly behind it, since the poplar had no limbs and was a weaker tree and would not withstand high storm winds once the limbs from the 2 hickories were no longer there to protect it. He also pointed out another poplar on my property that was dead and growing on an embankment and threatening to fall over. He quoted a fair/reasonable price. I got other estimates - one company said the job was too small, one company said they don't cut down trees taller than 30 feet tall that are within 10 feet of the house, one company quoted a price triple Gomez' price. While there were some hiccups with scheduling--he rescheduled on me twice, he called with enough notice that it did not impact my plans. On the day they arrived (3 days after the first scheduled date), they showed up bright and early, and the owner and his crew worked efficiently. They stacked the hickory logs neatly (they go good in a smoker). Overall 5 stars! Pics attached.

Simply because of the difficulty of the terrain, we expected a lot of our yard to be destroyed. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful job they did and very minimal land disturbance. After the tree removal, they also did a great job of cleaning up the yard, and we couldn't be happier. Kudos to Colton and his crew! Great job guys!! We highly recommend G&G Tree Service, and will definitely call on them in the future should the need arise. Thanks so much!

Came back the next day with the crew. Super efficient. Very respectful and kind. I was obviously upset about the tree and Patricio was amazing. The limb split about 2/3 of the way up our 100 foot plus hickory tree and fell across another 100 foot plus hickory tree making it a very dangerous removal over the house. We called Guzman's for a free estimate based on their excellent reviews and received a call back within minutes. The owner, Silvestre, came out that same day to give us a quote. The quote was extremely reasonable and probably too low considering how complicated this limb removal turned out to be. He assured us that his guys could drop a limb on a dime and he wasn't kidding! The whole crew came out the next morning exactly as promised and immediately got to work. We were in awe watching these guys work their magic on these massive trees. The man cutting the hardwood trees made it look so effortless as he climbed the trees and flew from tree to tree like Spiderman. They had very little clearance between the trees, two houses, and our fence, yet not one branch hit anything. We opted to get both trees completely removed due to safety issues. Their clean-up was so good that you can't even tell that there were trees there. We truly can't recommend this company and their crew enough. This is a family-run business that's licensed and insured, takes great pride in their work, are prompt with good communication, and do an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed! They will be the only tree cutting service we'll use going forward as no one else can compare.

Fast forward to Spring 2026 they killed the weeds and the grass. I called them and they came out and I asked why would you continue to spray when the weeds and the grass were obviously dead? Even though they could not explain they suggested they put me on another type of plan and when I said no more they generously refunded me for one month. In early 2023 we started noticing a proliferation of broadleaf and brought it to the attention of Artscape by speaking with Michelle on May 3, 2023. She informed us that the upcoming treatments would take care of the broadleaf issue and unfortunately they never did. Along with my complaint, I did email them copies of pictures from April 2023 up until June 27, 2023 showing the problem with the broadleaf still existed. I don't know if they changed their formula or if we were being cheated but our yard has never looked this bad. On June 27, 2023, I made note of the complaint in the last bill I paid online for the June 20 service, and I also sent a detailed email with the pictures mentioned above requesting to speak with the owner or a manager. We terminated our business relationship with them on August 9, 2023 due to lack of response to the complaint made on the June 20 bill paid online and lack of response to the June 27, 2023 email. This is evidence of a business not caring about it's customers as far as I'm concerned.
