Simply because of the difficulty of the terrain, we expected a lot of our yard to be destroyed. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful job they did and very minimal land disturbance. Came back the next day with the crew. Super efficient. Very respectful and kind. I was obviously upset about the tree and Patricio was amazing. Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. They took those trees down and I recommended them to my neighbor and they taking care of some of his trees. I highly recommend them.

Fast forward to Spring 2026 they killed the weeds and the grass. I called them and they came out and I asked why would you continue to spray when the weeds and the grass were obviously dead? Even though they could not explain they suggested they put me on another type of plan and when I said no more they generously refunded me for one month. I don't know how they applied weed control for 10 months killed the grass and weeds, but the weeds keeps coming back. I feel like they used the incorrect application on my lawn, but they will never admit to that, but the dead/missing grass speaks for itself.
