I first contacted Above All Tree Service on June 15, 2026, and left a message. A company…read morerepresentative later came to my home and quoted me $1,000 to remove one tree from my backyard and haul away some limbs I had already piled up. He told me they just needed to finish another job before coming to mine. After more than a week passed with no communication, I began calling again on June 29. Over the next couple of weeks, I spoke with the answering service several times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also left multiple voicemail messages through July 13, and none of them were returned. Today, July 15, I have Strongman Tree Service scheduled to do the work because I simply couldn't wait any longer. My disappointment isn't about the price--it's about the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If Above All wasn't interested in taking on a smaller job or was too busy, I would have appreciated being told that. Instead, I was left waiting and wondering. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Above All Tree Service. They may be a well-established company with plenty of trucks around town, but good customer service starts with keeping customers informed. Don't waste your time waiting for a call that may never come.

After several failed attempts at reaching them, they finally showed up 2 hours late. After agreeing on a quote, they abandoned me and i never heard from them again. Went to another company and i had limbs quoted and removed in 2 days for half the price. I originally went with Above All Tree Services bc they promoted themselves in my area, but that was a mistake. I encourage everyone to stay away from here.

Professional, kind, VERY responsive & cares about the safety of your family & home. They are fair in pricing & talk with you, not at you. Lee Smith is the owner. He & his crew have been together for YEARS. They come in, assess the situation, talk through the game plan & get to work quickly & efficiently (check out the crazy wood chipper). The team works together- never seen anything like it. They also clean up behind themselves. If it wasn't for the big stump sticking out I would have never known they were at the house. Lee manages the paperwork, insurance claims & schedules. Communication is everything! No dumb questions & he is so nice and genuinely real to each & every client!! I have sent numerous clients his way & every one came back with, "Lee is the best, I will use them again." This speaks volumes. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need tree removal services. We live in an area that frequently has pines toppling over during wind storms and my neighbor, who is a disabled retired veteran, had been trying to get 2 large heavily leaning trees removed for the last few years but could not take on the costs other tree removal services were quoting. James stepped up and recognized my neighbors unique position and worked with us to accommodate a competitive and generous rate to remove the trees. I am grateful for Eastlake Tree Services and their teams hard work to provide expert services and give my neighbor and myself peace of mind.
