I first contacted Above All Tree Service on June 15, 2026, and left a message. A company…read morerepresentative later came to my home and quoted me $1,000 to remove one tree from my backyard and haul away some limbs I had already piled up. He told me they just needed to finish another job before coming to mine. After more than a week passed with no communication, I began calling again on June 29. Over the next couple of weeks, I spoke with the answering service several times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also left multiple voicemail messages through July 13, and none of them were returned. Today, July 15, I have Strongman Tree Service scheduled to do the work because I simply couldn't wait any longer. My disappointment isn't about the price--it's about the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If Above All wasn't interested in taking on a smaller job or was too busy, I would have appreciated being told that. Instead, I was left waiting and wondering. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Above All Tree Service. They may be a well-established company with plenty of trucks around town, but good customer service starts with keeping customers informed. Don't waste your time waiting for a call that may never come.

After several failed attempts at reaching them, they finally showed up 2 hours late. After agreeing on a quote, they abandoned me and i never heard from them again. Went to another company and i had limbs quoted and removed in 2 days for half the price. I originally went with Above All Tree Services bc they promoted themselves in my area, but that was a mistake. I encourage everyone to stay away from here.

He responded immediately to my request for an estimate and showed up at my house on time. His pricing is very fair. His estimate came in lower than the other 2 tree service companies and he honored the coupon I had from the monthly Loganville circular. I highly recommend Robby and have been referring him to some friends who are in need of having trees removed. I will definitely use South Oak Tree Service again if needed in the future. Save yourself some heartache and stress. I hired Mandella's Tree service of Auburn Ga. to come out…read moreand cut some trees down for me. They very seldom returned a text or phone call and when they'd show up, it was always after lunchtime. whatever, but my biggest problem is that in the process of cutting down the trees that I wanted to be removed, he totally destroyed my entire yard. now I am left with the devastation and having to clean up the mess that he left behind. It literally looks like a tornado hit my yard. he scraped my entire yard down, which I did not ask him to do, now my entire yard is mud and there are big chunks of trees laying out that I have pay someone else to clean up. it's a nightmare.

First, the owner of this company went door to door in our "no soliciting" neighborhood and told…read morepeople they were going to be fined by the city for having too many trees. He doesn't work for the city. He is not endorsed by the city. After thereby tricking my unwell father (and some neighbors who also later regretted it) into hiring him, this Safeco guy showed up with an uncontrollable level of energy and dilated pupils. The guys who came with him that first time kept saying, "Man, you're crazy." They didn't return when he came back. He left tree parts on top of our air conditioning unit for several days in the middle of summer, even after the guys who were with him told him not to do it. He cut down the healthiest trees and cut off the branches of the tallest ones, thereby destabilizing them. He continued cutting healthy trees even after we told him to stop. Our back yard has become swamp-y and overrun by poison sumac. The foundation of our house is compromised. There's a drainage ditch that runs next to our house, so it should be obvious to anyone who knows about trees and soil what would happen. Some of the neighbors who were bamboozled ended up replanting the trees he cut down. Since he left the unhealthiest trees (and did everything he could to destabilize them) one almost crushed our house during the arctic blast. If you want a trustworthy tree service who isn't going to make you fear for your personal safety, I recommend Zamora.
