I requested a brushed stainless two-handle faucet (the exact replacement I'd picked). They arrived with a chrome single-handle model instead. They also missed two appointment times. The install itself took about 40 minutes, with no plumbing problems or leaks discovered (straight replacement). Overall cost was $670 including a ~$70 faucet, which I felt excessive given the simple job and the mistakes. I'd used Suntech before during Memorial Day weekend for a clogged toilet when my regular plumber wasn't available. The plumber cleared it in ~30 minutes for $179. Because of that prior experience, I trusted them with this faucet replacement, but the wrong faucet, missed appointments and excessive pricing made the experience disappointing. I called the manager to address the wrong faucet and late/ missed appointments; I didn't feel the concerns were meaningfully resolved and the explanation was mostly general overhead. I wouldn't use them again.

The flange was broken and whomever originally put it in did not grout and support it like they should have. Mark addressed the issues with his apprentice and were in and out in about 90 minutes at a reasonable price. We will use them again and recommend them.

The hardware provided by this plumber consisted primarily of water lines. Installation of three sets cost over two thousand dollars! This was after I complained and they realized their mistake. The original estimate exceeded three thousand dollars. In addition, at the time of service, no estimate was provided detailing the cost to approve. The initia bill was therefore a shock. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone in the area given a choice and regreat mine.

The bill for the installation of three faucet sets (that we had already bought) plus the water lines Was initially over three thousand dollars. I objected to the bill. After speaking with them, it was reduced by approximately a thousand dollars, but keep in mind that they still charged me over two thousand dollars for the installation of three bathroom faucet sets and some water lines and did not provide a cost estimate before commencing work. While they apologized for that, I have no idea if that was deliberate or not. They are not up to snuff in terms of customer service at a minimum. I will never use them for a plumbing service again. There are far too many options in Edmond.
