Stay away from Edmond Air. I spent thousands to have Edmond Air replace the coils in my system in…read more2019, and I was told at the time that I had a 10 year warranty on the coils. When my system started to run hot this month in 2026, I had them come out and I was told that the coils were indeed leaking, but they only had a FIVE year manufacturer warranty. The tech admitted that when they perform the install, it is a 10-year warranty. However, they magically had no record of installing the coils in 2019, and did not even have my information in their system. I had a couple thousand dollars of work done and they had no information on me? Odd. The tech said that if I can prove they did the work, like with a bank statement, they will honor the 10-year warranty. So I provided them with my bank statement from 2019, showing they did the work, and what I paid for it. I contacted their office and spoke with multiple people who said they would look into it but they never got back to me. I finally called again, and they stated they could not honor the 10-year warranty even though I provided the proof of original service that they asked for. They then quoted me an enormous price of $3,150 to do the job, but then back-pedaled and said they could do it for just $1,900 to "help me out". What they did not tell me, but I found myself reading the detailed print on the quote sheet, is that the $1,900 price only came with only a ONE year warranty. Not ten. Not five. ONE. I made every effort to work with them and gave them every chance to make it right, but eventually I just had another company come out and give me a second quote. The other company only wanted $2,000 to do the job with a FIVE year warranty. No hassle, no over-quoting, no misleading information. I also had the other company check the manufacturer warranty status of the coils that Edmond Air installed in 2019, and they confirmed Edmond Air NEVER EVEN REGISTERED the coils with the manufacturer in the first place for a warranty. So... Edmond Air lied about the ten year warranty, had no record of the original work they did, said they would honor warranty with proof but then did not, overquoted me in an attempt to make it seem like they were helping me with a lower price later, communicated poorly throughout the whole process, and never even registered the coils with the manufacturer for warranty in the first place. All of this hassle and poor service, and on top of all of it they were much more expensive than the other local company that I reached out to anyway. I would not do business with this company.

Repipe Specialists' rate trumped 2 other quotes with the addition of fixing the dry wall afterwards. FAB!!! Their rep, Blake, was brilliant with communications through the whole process. On the scheduled day, their subcontractor iPlumb Co. arrived on time bright and early just after 8 o'clock. Their crew got to work right away. A very professional bunch of people. You wouldn't have known any work was done within the house save for the small holes in the wall as they fully picked up after themselves and departed around half past 3 in the afternoon! Then the dry wall crew came out to wrap up the job a week later. We had a wonderful experience working with Repipe Specialists and will recommend friends and neighbours should they need plumbing done.

Repipe Nightmare I met Blake Warner with Repipe Specialist…read moreseveral years back and was not a fan. He was a hard pressure salesperson that didn't understand that I couldn't make a 20K commitment without speaking to my husband I also wanted to coordinate the job with my bathroom remodel to avoid cutting my tile. When I was not willing to schedule to start working 4 days later he ghosted me. Fast forward to Jan 2025 I contacted Repipe Specialist hoping they had a different sales person for the OKC area. They did not but, after speaking to Colin Cantu the regional general manager he convinced me to give Blake another try so I did. Blake came back to my home, wrote up the scope of the work needed to be done to (key word) COMPLETELY repipe our house, we agreed to pricing, and paid the deposit. Work began 2/12 and within the 1st hour of the crew walking our home they noticed limited attic access which meant additional drywall that cost an added $2000. We agreed and the work began. The crew from iPlumb Co that completed the install was amazing. They were courteous and professional, covered our items to protect them and cleaned up after themselves. One week later I returned home from work to a flooded garage with a caved in ceiling and several areas inside my home flooded. I immediately called Blake whose exact words were "call the warranty company" then he began rattling off the warranty company's 800 number. I called iPlumb Co that completed the work and the owners Larry Kershner and Chad Mendenhall contacted me and assured me they would take care of the repairs, and cover the cost of us staying in hotel over the weekend since we had no running water. First thing Monday Chad arrived to see what caused the leak and notified me that a piece of my OLD polybutylene pipe that they connected to which ruptured and because it was an OLD pipe was not covered by the warranty. Why would they have ever connected to any old piping considering the point of the repipe was to bypass ALL the old PB pipes to avoid the leak issues we've had. I was advised that to replace the bathtub valve where the piece was at would be an additional $750 but had not been included in the scope of work that good ole Blake had written up and quoted. The same Blake that represented this now almost $20,000 job as a complete home repipe. Same Blake that walked the home on 2 separate occasions never suggested that the tub valve in the bathroom over the garage on a north wall should be replaced to avoid any remaining PB pipe problems. The damage to my home and loss of personal property was a direct result of Repipe Specialist salesperson Blake Warners negligence. Repipe Specialist did not respond to my written correspondence, did not speak to me regarding covering any repair cost, or the added cost to replace the valve THEIR salesperson never suggested or offered as part of the scope of work. Colin did acknowledge that he understood my frustration but didn't offer any resolution to the damage their company had caused to my home. The savior in this nightmare turned out to be iPlumb Co! Those guys covered the cost of our hotel stay as promised, covered the cost of ALL the drywall and due to the flood insulation and garage door opener repairs. They also ate the cost of installing the valve that caused the problem because they didn't think it was reasonable for me to pay the additional cost due to Blakes negligence. The best part is that while I would NEVER recommend Repipe Specialist to anyone, if you need your home repiped you can go directly to iPlumb Co saving you thousands of dollars off the job! I loved the connectors and replacement pipes they use. The way they ran several of our new lines I won't have to worry about pipes freezing in the future. They have a top notch drywall crew that's included in the scope of work which most plumbing companies don't offer. My suggestion is save yourself the headache, and THOUSANDS of your hard earned dollars, and bypass the nightmare that is Repipe Specialist then go directly to iPlumb Co to schedule your home

The day the work was to begin, they were two hours late. No call, just late. Then they left to "go to Home Depot for parts" and was gone nearly 3 hours. She called the owner who informed her he can't make them hurry back. They finally came in, pulled her carpet back and cut the concrete out. They didn't cover anything and had concrete dust flying through the house. She is 83 with breathing ailments but that doesn't seem to matter. Then they dug her yard up. Ok, they had to get under the foundation. Understandable. They fix the pipe and present her with a bill of over $2,700. Why? Because the owner of the company was there when the insurance adjuster was there and heard how much she was getting. They handed her the bill and left with her yard still dug up, concrete dust everywhere and her carpet not replaced. When she called about the carpet the owner told her they were not responsible for that and she would have to hire someone else to reinstall it. So she asks about her yard. The owner tells her he will get someone over to fill in the holes in a day or two. Now, mind you, she has spent a small fortune on her yard and is very picky since it looks like a golf course. A few days go by and no crew. She calls again. The owner tells her he's out of town but his crew won't fix the yard because they are not landscapers. So again, she is going to have to hire someone else to fix her yard. Not 10 minutes after the owner tells her he is put of town and won't help her he is at her front door demanding payment. He ended up taking her entire insurance settlement and left her to pay out of pocket for the carpet, the cleaning and the yard they screwed up. The entire ordeal ended up costing her over $4,000 when the original estimate was promised at $700 with everything being put back like they found it. He used the old "you remind me of my parents" line on her and then screwed her over. Please, don't ever use this company. They will do you the same way! https://kfor.com/news/in-your-corner/contact-in-your-corner/
