    Jeremy was very nice and professional. He explained first what he was going to do, then did it. It…read moreis rare if any of the Terminix technicians are any other way. I do have an issue with the new, electronic (email) receipts, though. They come in promptly but they are unreadable with weird and stray characters, and they will not print on a page correctly, making them all but useless. Please rectify this quickly, and it would be helpful to resend these receipts when they are fixed, if possible.

May 8th Service Visit During my service visit on May 8th, 2026, I was not satisfied with the quality of service provided. The technician appeared rushed, was only present for a short period of time, and did not communicate clearly during the visit. I also observed behavior that felt unprofessional, including the technician appearing to be using earbuds during the service. Following this visit, I continued to notice ongoing pest activity in and around my home. June 10th Service Appointment On June 10th, 2026 (8:00-11:00 AM window), I had a scheduled service appointment. During this time, I also reported seeing a live rat in my home on June 9th at approximately 3:00 AM, which increased my concern due to the ongoing pest issue. During the June 10th appointment window, I did not receive any phone call, text message, or email updates regarding delays or changes. I contacted customer service approximately four times during the scheduled window requesting updates. Each time, I was placed on hold while representatives attempted to contact the technician, but I was not returned to the line and had to call back myself. No clear or timely communication was provided during these attempts. At 11:01 AM--after the appointment window had ended--I still had not received any direct notification explaining a delay or providing an updated arrival time. It was not until nearly an hour later that I received a call from a supervisor stating there had been delays and that the technician would now arrive between 12:00-2:00 PM. At that point, I was frustrated due to the lack of communication during the scheduled window and ended the call. The supervisor attempted to call back multiple times, which I did not answer. I did send a text message acknowledging my frustration. I later called customer service again and was informed that my account and service had been canceled by the supervisor, with instructions stating "do not reinstate." I am not requesting any action or resolution. I simply want this experience formally documented and escalated to corporate awareness. Thank you, Lielani Nichols

    The low score is for you all double charging me on March 27, when I had already paid the $199 on…read moreFebruary 27, then refusing to correct your mistake and refund me my money after being the one to admit to your mistake and saying you double charged me when you weren't supposed to. You all also didn't have the decency or professionalism to follow through with having the manager to give me a call back to rectify it as the receptionist claimed she would when I called on April 30, this isn't the first time I was told a manager would call me back to correct you alls mistake either, IF I could give you all a zero on how you've handled things with me when you mess up I certainly would.

The second year the service hasn't even been worth o e star. Technician serviced the wrong house and I received a bill! When I called to make them aware of this...the technician attempted to challenge me on his mistake!! Next comes the texts that technician was on the way, and would never show up. More calls to the office to have tech come inside...tech would show up when I wasn't available...again the wrong house. Another call requested service on the inside, and I was promised a call from district manager....its been more than 45 days and still no call or service!! Purchased a product from Home Depot that has been working...so I guess its Home Depot for the win.
