Hello, I am writing to formally document my recent…read moreexperiences with Terminix for corporate awareness. May 8th Service Visit During my service visit on May 8th, 2026, I was not satisfied with the quality of service provided. The technician appeared rushed, was only present for a short period of time, and did not communicate clearly during the visit. I also observed behavior that felt unprofessional, including the technician appearing to be using earbuds during the service. Following this visit, I continued to notice ongoing pest activity in and around my home. June 10th Service Appointment On June 10th, 2026 (8:00-11:00 AM window), I had a scheduled service appointment. During this time, I also reported seeing a live rat in my home on June 9th at approximately 3:00 AM, which increased my concern due to the ongoing pest issue. During the June 10th appointment window, I did not receive any phone call, text message, or email updates regarding delays or changes. I contacted customer service approximately four times during the scheduled window requesting updates. Each time, I was placed on hold while representatives attempted to contact the technician, but I was not returned to the line and had to call back myself. No clear or timely communication was provided during these attempts. At 11:01 AM--after the appointment window had ended--I still had not received any direct notification explaining a delay or providing an updated arrival time. It was not until nearly an hour later that I received a call from a supervisor stating there had been delays and that the technician would now arrive between 12:00-2:00 PM. At that point, I was frustrated due to the lack of communication during the scheduled window and ended the call. The supervisor attempted to call back multiple times, which I did not answer. I did send a text message acknowledging my frustration. I later called customer service again and was informed that my account and service had been canceled by the supervisor, with instructions stating "do not reinstate." I am not requesting any action or resolution. I simply want this experience formally documented and escalated to corporate awareness. Thank you, Lielani Nichols

I decided to cancel as I was not happy with the way this turnover was done without notice to customers. They sent a bill for more than I beleived I owed, still waiting to see how that plays out. They've been servicing my lawn for the past year, promising to make it weed-free and green soon…read more However, my lawn has finally gotten messed up. They did some erosion and cut all my internet cable, landscape lights wire, and several sprinkler heads. When I called customer service and asked for a supervisor, she didn't want to talk. She wanted to know the problem. When I started explaining, she said she didn't understand my language, calling it a "language barrier." Finally, when I got her manager on the phone, she also acted like it was my fault. She said I shouldn't have buried the cable 6 inches deeper, as if I was the problem. I explained that I don't have internet access anymore. I have lots of smart equipment and other devices, but instead of apologizing, She said I had sent her pictures and that she would send her tech support. It's been almost 10 days, and no one has contacted me. If I could give this company a rating, I would give them a minus-101 out of 10. Don't use this company anymore. The two ladies' names are Lacrisia and Shayleah.
