When he came back to install it, the gasket still did not seal but he did not try and figure out why--he just told me to give it a few days. He did not clean the area where the gasket went, and did not inspect the hinges. Well, the next day everything inside the freezer was coated in ice. When I contacted him, he told me there was nothing he could do and reprimanded me for not saving the old gasket when he told me to. He told me that I was being picky and I should just get a new fridge and it's not his fault that the gasket did not seal. I called at 5:30 p.m. I didn't really expect an answer let alone service today. I lovely guy named Kevin came to my rescue. He not only lit it, but he explained how to troubleshoot it and taught me how to light it myself. He then advised that we get carbon monoxide sensors for the room it is in. So very helpful.
