Plumbing Review Service Call is $49…read more Then the price is determined per job. We first met Max when we were preparing to move and needed two bidet seats removed from our old home. He was so friendly, professional, and easy to work with that our entire family agreed that when it came time to install those bidet seats at our new house, we wanted Max back. I had put off having the install done until I lost a diamond earring in the shower drain! I didn't realize it until later in the day. Once we found the backing in the shower I knew the diamond had washed down the drain. I contacted Anytime Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and requested Max feeling confident if it's possible to retrieve the earring that Max would be able to do it. Max arrived the following day and immediately got to work. He used a camera to inspect the drain, hoping to spot the earring. When that didn't work, he refused to give up. He got creative, attaching a specialized tool to his wet vacuum and carefully suctioning everything he could from the shower pipes. The first attempt came up empty. Most people might have called it a day. He went back for a second try and, against the odds, pulled out my diamond earring! When he said he found it I couldn't believe it! Max's persistence, problem-solving skills, and genuine desire to help are rare these days. He treated the situation as though it were his own family heirloom that had gone missing. We had a great reason to schedule the bidet seats installation too! Thank you, Max, for going above and beyond and for turning what could have been a heartbreaking loss into a story we'll be telling for years.

Well, I found Weldon Heating and Air on Yelp and I am so glad! Aden was prompt, friendly, and quick! He was very knowledgeable and gave me pointers on how to use my Google Nest and he told me what to do if I had issues. The best parts were that there were no wires or drilling needed and the price was extremely reasonable! That really made me smile! Follow-Up Review: Continued Refusal to Address Significant Damage…read more I'm posting this follow-up to inform potential customers that Assured Comfort Heating, Air, and Plumbing still refuses to accept responsibility for the significant damage caused to my home--originally exceeding $100,000 in mold remediation and repairs. During an attempt to correct their own sloppy workmanship, they caused an additional $4,000 in secondary damage, which their insurance company did not cover and they refuse to reimburse. Despite being formally served by the Marshal's Office, Assured Comfort has failed to respond to my small claims court filing. As a result, I'm now pursuing a default judgment in Fulton County Superior Court. Given the unprofessional service, extensive damage, and complete lack of accountability, I strongly advise prospective customers to seek a different provider--there are many reputable options in the area, such as CoolRay, Premier Indoor Comfort, and Casteel Heating and Cooling, all of which can be easily found on Google with far better reviews and ratings. Don't risk going through the nightmare I've experienced with Assured Comfort.
