When I tried to quit, they sent a rude, intimidating "salesman" to scare my employees. The kicker is, the fine print on the BACK of the contract says you cannot discontinue the service for 5 YEARS! They did a great job pumping out the 1500 gallon septic tank down to the bottom and determined that the tank and leaching pond were in good shape even after 14 years. David and John were friendly, efficient and skilled,and answered all my questions along the way including advice to service the system about every five years to avoid problems. The whole job took about two hours. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend them.

I immediately started calling around at 7pm and his company was the only one willing to come immediately. Less then an hour later he showed up and legit saved the day!! I guess the cess pool pipping wasnt done correctly which and there was some question as to the actual size of the cess pool I had, and some serious cloggage from toilet paper. Guy walked around and showed me everything be was talking about, because I understood nothing!! And spent the next two hours unclogging our cess pool and pumping it out. It was so hot and dark but he stayed until the job was done. He will be back to fix the other things that are wrong and I trust what he says and will do. If you need any help...this is your guy!!!! "Johnny on the spot" - arrived less than 1 hr after I was able to get in touch by phone. They were able to locate my cesspool immediately, keeping my front lawn intact, not disturbing irrigation. My cesspool was empty!!! (can you believe it? after 19 years!!) -so the crew accessed the main waste pipe, snaked and cleaned it - large amt of paper debris....the crew hosed off the debris on the driveway - they left everything neat and clean. I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google.
