Had an absolutely incredible experience when I called to have my apartment cleaned before moving…read moreout. I was a bit anxious, having never paid for a cleaning service before and having this super dirty apartment that I thought was a lost cause (I'd lived at this place for 2 years with pets and 2 out of control kids) but when it was all said and done, the place looked totally different. It was seriously like night and day. Oh but wait, there's more. Oh yes. My two biggest fears were A.) my super tight budget, and B.) my super tight deadline. I mean, I called like a day and a half before I had to turn the keys to the apartment in to the leasing office (my fault, I'm a procrastinator). I told AViVA that I had a super busy work schedule and a super tight deadline to have my place cleaned. Not only did someone meet me at the apartment THAT SAME NIGHT to walk through and do an estimate, but the quote I got was better priced than everything I was told, by friends/coworkers, to expect from paid cleaning services. And yes; they somehow managed to get my place to look brand new, meet up at a time of my choosing to do the walk-through, and got everything wrapped up before I had to turn the keys in. AND they even gave me a military discount! I couldn't be happier with how much AViVA helped me out. Big shout out to Karen; you did an awesome job thank you so much for the great customer service! 5 stars, all day every day.

They quoted us one price but charged us $50.00 less at the time of service. Then they made it seem like our fault that they were not paid correctly. We sent them a check for the difference and it was never deposited. Then we sent another and still, no deposit. We have attempted to communicate via email and have had very little response. Now we have to cancel another check and pay the bank fee. All of this over 50 bucks. We will definitely pay more for a reputable cleaning service the next time. They also messed up my wife's ability to use Thumbtack because it appears as if we have not paid the merchant. We intend to contact Thumbtack as well to file an official complaint. These sort of companies should not be allowed to conduct business with the public!

When I reached out to him for work he responded immediately and was able to come out same day to clean all our sidewalks and back patio. His work was fantastic and diligent. This is a woman I gave a chance to and helped because I felt sorry for her…read more I gave her an extra $150 to help her with her Uber/Lyft rides too, which really have nothing to do with me. Her personal issues have nothing to do with me and she went on and on about not having enough money to pay for her Motel room, etc.. A cleaning service without a car or a vacuum? That is unreal. She works at Denny's and that is how I had met her. She told me she could clean a home I was leaving for me I told her I had rented 2 cleaning machines as well and asked her if she wanted to use them for me and get paid a little more She agreed. I gave her an additional $100 for that, so total for cleaning was $600. I gave her $300 the first day she came with her dog I had given her the KEY, something I should never had done I told her she could bring her dog as I have several dogs and wanted him to be able to run in a nice yard instead of being stuck in a MOTEL room! She stayed after I left. When I came back the next day, there was food in the fridge, freezer and she was sleeping on my Ottoman. I had no problem with that She came back the next day when she obviously did not want to. She came in a BAD mood, had left her poor little dog w/o taking him out, and took out all her frustrations on ME! She went out to vape, and then just was SO RUDE toward me, when I am a PAYING customer? I had had enough and lost my temper finally and told her to LEAVE! I will NOT be talked to like that by someone who is uneducated, uncultured, does not speak English properly, and obviously has a PAST of some sort A 56 year old woman who lives in a motel, does not have a steady job, and a former smoker? SAD, very sad. I feel so sorry for her sweet dog too. It is inhumane to keep a dog in a Motel room for so many hours like that. And I just wanted to help her I found an actual CLEANING company with 2 people who will come and finish the job. I work a lot of hours and do not have time to clean a home especially when there have been pets in it, who are disabled. A horrible human being finally whom I really feel sorry for. Since she does not have a car or a vacuum, not a real cleaning service. Stay away from her! $450 given to her for not much finally.

We didn't realize we needed a professional cleaning when leaving our rental until close to the end…read more We had done some cleaning ourselves before we realized. In our scramble Melissa was very responsive and worked around our schedule. While other services gave us flat general rates regarding of the work we did ourselves Melissa offered to come onsite to see the job and give us a fair quote. She walked the house with me and walked me through the process and what was going to take more time. She left no surprises and was very detailed. She gave us a very reasonable quote one what the actual job looked like which was lower than all the others. She kept on great communication and did a very thorough job. We did have dogs and we're not the best at dusting, this caused the job to take longer than she anticipated, but she communicated this and didn't charge extra from our original agreement. She came in and worked later to match my schedule and called me 30 minutes before she completed the job so I could come walk through and inspect. 1000% satisfied and thankful for her help and understanding. Quick response and quick turn around. Inspection and quote on Tuesday with cleaning completed that Thursday night so we could have rental inspection on Friday. Amazing and highly recommend.
