Servpro in Shertz was amazing in stepping up and providing excellent service, over five days, to remediate the appalling conditions at the home. I then later changed my mind and decided to have them clean Monday and was still charged the same price with the discount so I thought that was weird. After they arrived and I left, it took them about 5 hours to clean a 1700 SQ ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome due to a cleaner feeling sick and it was just 1 person cleaning. I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out. They offered to come back the next day but I have already turned in my keys by then. After telling them that and asking what else can be done to fix this, they stop replying to me.

I took some pictures and explained exactly what I wanted and they gave me a fair price that I was very happy with. They double checked that we were still on the day before and morning of. They dusted and cleaned the light fixtures, wiped down both sides of the doors and even the door frames. The ONLY issue I had was the mopping. Didn't care much for the mop they used on the floors but I'm super picky about that in general. Will be booking them again soon.
