I went on a holiday where the parking lot was packed with street parking full as well. I didn't see people with loads of things they were buying. For instance, an older genuine leather credit card and checkbook holder (I.e. not a complete wallet) was priced at $20. Used David's Bridal formals at $60-$80. Keep in mind that any used formal will need to be cleaned before wearing, which adds to the price of buying a used dress. David's Bridal sells bridesmaids dresses with two different webpages on their website. Dresses under $100 and Dresses under $70. I drove to this store specifically because I'd heard they had quality things at good prices and my daughter was hoping to find a formal dress. While I did find most of their books reasonably priced, I won't take the time to go back.

The sheer volume of items on the floor and shelves makes this place a bit overwhelming, and I couldn't find any organization as far as their books go so if you love a long riffling through heaps of stuff then this is your place, but if you like more of an organized and accessible experience this is definitely a place I would skip. The prices range from a couple dollars, to $7.99 for most clothing, and up depending on the item. I'd say they're asking higher end for things, similar to a current Goodwill. I don't have direct experience with the service as neither me nor my companion purchased anything, but the clerks behind the checkout counter were talking amongst themselves as several people looked at the accessories in the area. Their new furniture store is gorgeous, you can find anything you need from chairs, lamps, pictures, fans, home decor, bedspreads, blankets, vases, mirrors-you name it you can find it and it will be in excellent used condition but also a lot of new items too. Best place to shop although their shoe selection is small (and the only place I found items not in top condition) and their childrens and mens selection is small. (Most people don't think to donate men's clothing or items for some reason, it's basically women.). Women's clothing is not "Maxanista" it's for more mature women but accessories fit all. I get lots of gift bags here for pennies and if you have the time, their greeting cards are numerous. Also wrapping paper! Come see, you'll find! Their seasonal holiday decor is always amazing too.

Went in to look for a Ren Faire costume and it had a great selection of both regular clothing and costumes/clothes that would work for a costume. The owner went above and beyond, leaving the store to add some more of her Ren Faire inventory for us to browse. The person working the register was clearly very passionate about their job, curating cute outfits for mannequins and displays. They were also so kind to us. The prices are great, especially for a vintage store. There were definitely some items that I don't think are considered vintage, but it was well curated. I'm excited to go back and look for some more clothing. Only complaint is the music was just a touch too loud for me.

It's a bit messy in the back but there is a little bit of everything here. He also told me some items were new and didn't have prices on them but to ask if I wanted to know. I'd rather have items labeled so I can see if it's a good deal or not. I hate to ask each time I look at an item. Unlike Out of the Closet and Lifelong in which you know the exact price of a record or a vintage binocular here you have to ask. I think this is part of the thrill of the search but also asking yourself how much you want to pay for this. Service is good and staff are chill and laid back. If you're around Lake city I would encourage stopping in. It's a nice refresher from the dated xxx shop next door, drug deals happening outside, and fentanyl slumps you see.
