Though the deck looked good initially in just 3 years it is rotting away and we just now realized to what extent. It got in such a bad state we decided to have someone redo the whole deck. When they took off the top boards the frame itself had half rotted away (including the whole frame for the steps) and we realized it could have caved under us at any time. In the attached picture you will see the current state of the frame. Half of it has rotted away. We initially used them because they were the best price and they did work fast and were flexible to our requests. However, the tradeoff seems to be they used poor material. It was either not pressure treated or leftover material they got from a building being constructed that isn't meant to be used for a deck. I can't confirm but regardless proper material shouldn't rot like this in just 3 years. I write this to warn you to make sure they are not skimping on the materials as this can become a safety hazard.

Most recently, Jesus and his team removed a large dead tree trunk for me (by the root). It was one hell of a job -- the tree wouldn't budge. So, Jesus and his team worked harder. They stayed into evening, working with a light. They wouldn't rest until they got it done. When they finally did, they made sure to clean up everything (in the dark). It was super impressive. It took the office 4 attempts before they got the quote completed. Final quote was still done…read morewrong, but it wasn't until the job was almost done that they brought it up. They did a great job with my sod installment but a terrible one with my irrigation repairs. Took them three weeks to finally come out and at least attempt the irrigation repairs, after failing to come out on previously scheduled time slots. Using said bad quote they wormed their way out of finishing the installation repairs. Upon inspecting their halfway completed work, it seems that while he was trying to repair the line, he damaged the main water line with one of his cutting tools. What was a fairly minor leak, now became a main line fix. This of course would require even more work and they wanted to quote me for more money. I fired them right away and decided to bring in one of their competitors. Buyer beware of this company if you plan to do any irrigation work with them. Only reason they get two stars is because the sod installation was well done. Update: See below owners response. This is what you will get if you deal with these guys.. gaslighting. They made all the mistakes, from the bad quotes to the accidental line cut. They damaged my line, not a root. Instead of fixing his mistake, they wanted to charge me. As you can see, roots are not as bad of a problem as they claimed. Like I said earlier, buyer beware. If the owner is doing this, best believe it's the culture at this company. I needed my garden beds tilled and passion vines cleared out. Spring is here. Of course the quote was extremely fair and I jumped on it. Along comes my hero Nik to supervise the job. Nik and his team went above and beyond and then more to help me out. He even planted my flower seeds for me in each bed and then watered. All passion vines cleared and he had them do additional weeding and cleaning up leaves. I would never trade the entire team for anything. They are the absolute best. You want a perfect yard, let the Ground Guys of Pflugerville make that dream come true!!
