If you don't live in Bel Air, I do not recommend trying to get there around rush hour (5pm) because it took us an extra 30 minutes to get through all the traffic and we were very frustrated when we got there but weekends are easy. There are plenty of waterbowls for your dogs. I usually bring a gallon of water and all the dogs share spit. This is a great place in the community.
