OMG! PC Bokers, Travis and this team - I can't thank them enough!…read more Best Buy screwed up my laptop and for four months I have spend literally hours at Best Buy while they tried to "undo" or "fix" the problem they created. I have lost time and income because of the mess Best Buy created on my laptop. I was referred to PB Brokers by both Best Buy and several people. TRUST ME when I say, no other company will ever touch my computer when I need upgrades, repairs and advice. In less than an hour, Travis had all my Outlook problems resolved! Less than an hour! I can't even find the words to express how grateful I am. And my invoce for their MAGIC - only $35!! Unbelievable. And to think of all the hours I have wasted when all I needed to do was go to PC BROKERS! I wish there was a way to give them more than a 5 Star rating on reviews! I am serious when I say, PC Brokers changed my life and I am so grateful.

Marc is a one-man shop and he works marvels! He is friendly, knowledgable, honest and reliable…read more Just call first, as his hours are flexible. When I thought my laptop was dying (motherboard error messages), I bought a new computer. Then, at a friend's suggestion, I took both machines to Marc to get data transferred from the afflicted one to the new. He looked them over and told me he thought he could fix the old one pretty easily, so I left them with him. A few days later, Marc called me to pick them up. He had the old one working like new, had transferred all the data to the new one, and had installed in both a suite of "maintenance" tools on which he instructed me. He told me my old computer was a great machine - I'd just let spyware and malware pile up. He "tuned up" both laptops and showed me how to keep things running well. He also explained how things had gotten mucked up. All this for a VERY reasonable price! A month later, when my son's laptop was having problems, I immediately called Marc for help. He fixed it. When another problem arose, Marc suggested calling the laptop maker rather than paying him for what could be a warranty issue. You can trust Marc!

My ASUS Zenbook is my right hand for the past year. I work on deadlines. Literally while on a…read moreconference call it went to sleep and never woke up. There were no warning symptoms or messages. As luck would have it it was 3 weeks out of warranty. I spent an hour on the phone with the manufacturer 's Tech Support troubleshooting and trying to restart it. I could hear Windows 10 coming back up but couldn't see a thing; not a glimmer, flicker or squiggle of light on the screen. The only physical support/repair offered was via mail to the vendor and then forwarding onto manufacturer for repair in 7-10 business days with an estimated cost of $510 + shipping, handling and insurance. Hell, I could buy a refurbished one for that without the additional hassles. I literally spent part of the night searching for a local repair guy. Called mid-morning, spent 15 minutes talking to Alex about my ill Zenbook and arrived at 2 possibilities and repair costs for each option if needed. I had an appointment for 2 PM and was out of there 45 minutes later for way less than $100 with a clean, WORKING Zenbook and a 60 day warranty. Alex knows his stuff, delivers AWESOME honest, good workmanship at a very reasonable cost without BS or the run around I got from the manufacturer. YES the Yelp reviews steered me to him!

I agreed to his price, and he knew what help we needed. Alex was a no-show. I was worried and called a few times. No reply back. I waited for a couple of hours in case there was a good reason and because I had waited several days to get this work done. I even called later in the afternoon to give him a chance to let me know what happened. Several calls into him without the courtesy of a return call. That all happened six days ago, so no excuses at this point. Meanwhile, I lost valuable time. And need to schedule someone legit to come out and help. Someone late who does not offer an apology does not return a call, does not bother to clean up his mess, and wastes your time (and money) is not worthy of your business or consideration. Meanwhile, there are a couple of legit computer experts with professional approaches to helping others and earning their fees. Alex P. from SpringGeek is not one of those people. Call Compu10 or Techno Guy Computer. Anyone but Alex and SpringsGeek. Or even buy a new computer, because it is gotta be better than waiting for Alex to no-show!
