My mother was having unauthorized entries into her apartment (she resides at The Towers of Jacksonville located at 1400 Le Baron Ave Jacksonville FL 32207 (San Marco area). The parties responsible for this crime stole the following things: food, clothing (including the only winter coat she owned) shoes, meat, makeup, linens, towels, cooking utilizes, pots, personal items and more... This situation is heart breaking when it affects a loved elderly parent. After reviewing multiple reviews on different companies I selected Abi Locksmith services. No words can express my pleasure and satisfaction! David was outstanding! Returned my call within 3 minutes (or less) arrived within 1 hour of the call, came prepared to install a dead bolt did an OUTSTANDING job. I would encourage anyone looking for a capable and articulate locksmith, look no further!! I give him 100 stars! At this time there has been no "unauthorized entries" into my mother's apartment. Upon calling Abi Locksmith, David arrived within 15 minutes. He gave me a direct quote, very clearly explaining what the job would cost and being very transparent that he would not do the job unless I was happy with the price. He immediately began working. He updated me on everything he did, but more than anything it because obvious that David values his work while providing first class customer service. I had a little family gathering on the day he did the job. He worked around my family chaos so quietly that I sometimes forgot he was even there. He had to change six locks at the house. When all was said and done, he had completed the job within 30-45 minutes. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. I would recommend Abi Locksmith above all other locksmiths. read more

This service was at my house in under 15 minutes. We had an unfortunate situation, the electric lock on our apartment was insecure in keeping my 3yo from unlocking the door by himself and the complex absolutely would not help us, and the very kind locksmith(who had two small children of his own) was able to switch out the front door and patio door locks with dual entry locks in under 30 minutes. I can now lock my apartment from the inside with a key, ensuring that my son is now safe in our apartment if I should turn my back for even a minute. I could not have received better customer service, and will only use this business in the future. I am so grateful for the representatives kindness and compassion in such a stressful situation. read more

I locked myself out of my car at the beach. Luckily I had my phone in my hand. I Googled "locked keys in my car" and about 8 names popped up immediately. I started calling. 4 of them said they'd call me back. One never did, 2 kept asking me for an exact address and the zip code and in my frazzled state I had no idea and told them so. Then there was ABI Locksmith. He was understanding, empathetic, told me right away he was on his way, texted me so we could be in touch, and arrived within 10 minutes. He got into my car with care and was super helpful, courteous, and polite. Not only was he heads and shoulders above the rest (because they stunk!) but he was awesome overall. read more

Excellent customer service! Moved into a new home and needed the locks changed. Owner was able to come out within a couple of hours. We discussed what I needed and pricing first! He wanted to make sure that I understood what each item cost! He was able to change three locks and install a new deadbolt. It only took 2 hours from start to finish! He even cleaned up the small mess from installing the new deadbolt! Before, I paid he made sure to check with me that everything was installed properly and working. I was able to pay with my credit card once everything was complete. I will recommend this Abi Locksmith to all my friends and family! Thank you! read more

David was a lifesaver when there was a malfunctioning key pad on the house where I was pet sitting. I was desperate to get inside to the dogs. After a sleepless night of waiting to hear from the owners and after their failed attempts to open the key pad remotely, I finally called Abi Locksmith. He arrived and after verifying with the owners that it was ok to "break in", he calmly went to work on the back patio door. Within minutes we were able to let the dogs out and feed them. Oh what a relief to know there are honest, friendly people with the expertise to help you in such emergencies. I highly recommend their services. read more

I found this place on the yelp site. I called and someone immediately answered which was great as I had already contacted someone the previous day and still not received a call back. I spoke to David who was very accommodating and eager to fit me into his schedule. He was straight to the point and upfront about the pricing. He initially gave me an appointment for the following morning and ended up having a spot for me the same day! David was at our office within two hours. He was very professional and kind. Had a wonderful experience with this company. I needed all of the locks on my house replaced so they would all use the same key. David came within 15 minutes of my call and did a fantastic job. Just a little tip-if you think you can do this yourself don't go to the trouble. It takes a professional to be done correctly and you will be very happy with David's work. The cost was very reasonable given the amount of time he spent making sure everything was done perfectly. Thanks for a great experience! read more

Looking to have a deadbolt added to our front door. Called Abi when another locksmith failed to show. Gave an appointment window, and arrived at the front end of the window. Assessed our front door and provided an alternative lock solution that worked just as well, and could be removed if we needed to sell the house. Pricing was fair and he did a great job. Would recommend to anyone needing locksmith services! read more

Ability Locksmith was fantastic! If there was a rating over 5 stars, I would give it! They answered my questions over the phone and came to my home 30-40 minutes later.
