Received a trap that doesn't work and never received an estimate. I called repeatedly and received a computer generated voicemail that someone would be out. Day 1: a raccoon was caught. We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

Worked with Terminix to get rid of ants and centipedes and once again after initial service there…read morewas no follow through. I've asked them to come back out and re apply a treatment. Well after 2 no calls no shows, countless calls to customer service and 3 escalation to management and no call back I finally had enough. I was told that no one notated my account with any of my complaints or request. I was also told that a regional manager reach out to me. Once I called right back to see if any notes or put in the system it was apparent that I was not going to get anywhere. So I spoke to another gentleman advising him that I will not get off the phone until I speak to a manager. Then I was told that I would not be able to get my full refund even though I'm within the 30 day window of the money back guarantee, as they just change the rule for that a week ago, and they will not honor services that have already been rendered. So I advised that every email correspondence and my contract states that they would honor it. Unfortunately that fell on deaf ears. Buyer beware they do not want to honor their contract nor do they value their customers. There reps say their gonna have someone call but that's a lie. Updated 10/31/18 After posting how displeased I was. I received a call back from the regional manager. He took full responsibility for the lack of communication. After our long discussion and sometime to mull things over. I decided to give them one last try. Their company in my opinion fails them with communication. The dispatchers give you their cell number if you need to call back for service. As for setting up new service the customer service dept has no business scheduling appointments as it seems as they do not speak to each other or it's system is not setup for dispatch to connect. All in all I increased my rating due to the regional manager making it right. The dispatch being so responsive, and for services rendered.

I found that odd since I supplemented their traps with my own cheap Chinese traps. My cheap traps were catching loads of moths. When I confronted them about this, they acknowledged that they had been using the wrong traps. They offered to give me 1 free month. I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have paid so much for their service when it did nothing and requested instead to get a full credit of all my payments towards future service since they didn't actually do anything on their previous visits. They stopped returning my calls since then. I've been leaving messages with Chris and he promised to call back on multiple occasions but has not. The image I'm attaching is of a cheap chinese trap I got on aliexpress. I have a few of these up and they did catch moths so clearly I have a moth problem. That was ridiculus! There was plenty of room. A salesman came to check the house for rodents. He recommended caulking around the whole house. We agreed. Meanwhile the ants were back a week later. Orkin came out again to spray. The ants came back. I finally sprayed them myself with some insect spray from Lowe's. As far as the caulking around the house, the workmanship was horrible. We are very disappointed. the caulking is extremely thick and poorly applied. The outside look of the house is ruined. some areas shouldn't even have been caulked because the gap was too big. We spent thousands of dollars for literally nothing. Definitely overpriced and overrated! never again! Zero
