I made the mistake of trusting mine when she recommended them for my condo inspection... lesson learned. The water heater didn't even work, yet somehow the inspector missed it--so I spent my first three weeks bonding with cold showers. The warranty company wouldn't cover it since the issue existed before I moved in. On top of that, I had to replace both toilets right away. Somehow they missed that too. Of course, when I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and took zero accountability for their mistakes. All in all, I would definitely not recommend them, especially if they're being suggested by your real estate agent.

The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. No need for back and forth messaging asking for prices or your number for them to call. I checked their reviews and that's it, I decided I want their services. I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. We chose the platinum so the sewer inspection will be included and additional pool and termites. During the inspections, the 2 inspectors came on time. Home inspections took about 2 and a half hours which is really good coz it means they check every detail. They delivered the findings verbally and the written report was sent to my agent and me the next day. I don't even know how to share to you the result because there's a lot. Just trust Home Inspection experts. They got you covered. I recommend this company 100%.

My first communication with OC Home Inspect was not through some third-party call center, or some automated phone tree, but with Brian himself who introduced himself and even was available for texting for any additional inquiries. He took his time post-inspection to explain his findings and properly triage the issues with us and our realtor. I'll start this review by noting that we tried reaching the inspector by email twice and the…read morecompany via phone without any response. We received a home inspection by Kyle on August 1 who noted our water pressure was 90-95 PSI during inspection. Kyle turned the pressure down but did not recommend further evaluation or replacement/repair of the pressure regulator. Additionally, the kitchen sink hot water supply was not operating and went completely undetected. We had the plumbing system evaluated by a licensed plumbing representative assigned by our home warranty company and they've determined the excessive water pressure and/or malfunctioning pressure regulator contributed to these problems. Therefore, our home warranty did not cover the cost of repairs as our inspector found this issue but did nothing but report the PSI and move on to the next task. This resulted in repairs to costly to the water pressure regulator and T&P valve. I highly recommend you seek an inspector who is far more detail oriented and experienced.

From the intake process with Nick, to the actual inspection with Jake, everything was straight to the point, clear to understand, and I knew exactly what was going on along the way. I'm not going to lie... getting these tests are extremely stressful, just because you don't know what's going to come up. One thing that I did appreciate was that they are a testing company only, and don't do any post work, so they don't have any reason to tell you that you need more than you really do. I also loved that they gave you all the numbers and prices ahead of time so that you knew what to expect depending on the number of samples they had to take.
