She actually took the time to walk me through some of the common problems so that I can troubleshoot. Once we figured out that the issue will need professional help she got me on the calendar as soon as possible. I was scheduled with Lou A. He was super communicative prior to the appointment. Once here, he quickly diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor and got the ac working in no time. Despite having a jammed schedule he did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. Their fees were fair and not one of those big companies where they will nickel and dime you for every little thing they do. The windows could not close ( a prime feature of these ACs), and they were completely unsecured - one almost fell on the floor as I was trying to tilt it to close the window. I reached out to several companies, quite wary from the previous experience. URBAN AIR HVAC, had a picture of the AC on it's site so I chose them. VLAD came that day, exactly when he said he would and competently reinstalled the units securely AND CENTERED THEM IN THE WINDOWs!! He gave me good advice on preventing air leakage, since the insulation strips were damaged in the previous process. He also guaranteed his work and committed to come back if I had any problems. He only charged his reasonable hourly rate, but I had to insist he get paid for the 2 reinstalls.
