They gave me a 21 inch sink and after it was installed when questioned they said the contractor only offers them a 21 inch integrated sink. The designer at Lowe's that is what they called the sales person never told me it would only be 21 inches after she knew I hated the split sink and was excited to get a larger single bowl sink. Only thing that showed up on all the contracts were their codes and now they are saying oh well it's your fault for not asking. Yes my fault for not asking but not my fault that she sat there knowing I was going around measuring sinks and saying yes I'll stick with my 30 inch sink base because the sink should be 26-28 inches large. Paperwork says large single bowl sink. Yes a larger integrated sink can be installed just not through Lowe's because their subcontractor only gives them a 21 inch sink. No one at the store or corporate will even try and make this right with me.

Installation was subsequently scheduled for January 15-16, with the assurance that the dates would be moved up if weather permitted. However, we were never notified of any opportunity to accelerate the timeline. The installers began work on January 15 but completed only the interior portion of six of the ten windows before leaving, stating they would return when weather conditions allowed. A new completion date of February 13 was later provided. However, Lowe's did not communicate a confirmed arrival time for the crew. I was required to call the morning of February 13 to verify that the installers would be coming. The crew arrived at approximately 9:30 a.m. and departed at 4:00 p.m., advising that they might return the following day. Upon further inquiry, I was informed that they had run out of materials and that the remaining items would need to be specially ordered from Pella. During the week of February 16, I received multiple phone calls offering assurances, yet no one was able to confirm that the necessary materials were actually ordered. As of February 18, we had no clear timeline for when the material shortage would be resolved or when the installation would be completed. Beyond the scheduling delays, we have been unable to realize the anticipated energy-efficiency benefits of the new windows during extreme winter temperatures in Michigan. As a result, our energy bills increased significantly, compounding the financial impact of these delays. The ongoing lack of communication and failure to complete the project in a timely manner interfered wih our planned out-of-state vacation and created additional inconvenience for our family while we are away. Completion was final in May 2026 with a contracted date of November 2025. DO NOT FALL FOR LOWE'S DELIVERY PROMOTIONS, AS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTING A CONTRACT.

I go in and they plug it in and (the motor was sounding horrible!) the motor squeals and he says, it's the motor! Really? As if I couldn't tell. So before heading in I had looked up the motor and knew what I was looking at $$ wise just labor i was curious about and to know that the motor was my only problem. He continues, yeah your motor is shot and unfortunately I worry that if I started messing with this it could break and they don't make parts for these anymore. Mind you my husband bought me this six years ago, yes I know they don't sell them anymore but I have bought replacement parts for this and have had no issue finding them whatsoever! So I told him I looked up the motor and found it on amazon ($33.96) so he looks it up and found it for $47! Of course he said it would be free shipping. What a load of crap! He says I can buy the motor and just pay labor, which is only $49! I said forget it and he threw up his hands and walked away. I was curious if I asked about his products if that would change his attitude. Of course it did and now I know I will never go back. 10 min to remove clean and replace the motor. $35 with tax And I got free shipping (who knew that was available to anyone other than him!) and my shampooed works again. FYI I am a caregiver not an electrician or mathematician or rocket scientist. I did not use YouTube to figure out how to fix my machine. This is not a hard thing to do and done yourself can be much cheaper. People like that prey on the naive. A completely awful experience purchasing appliances. I paid for appliances on the 28th of May and…read morescheduled for delivery for the 26th of June. On Friday the 21st of June I was notified that my delivery date was rescheduled for July 1st between 10:30am - 2:30pm. I confirmed the date and time the Friday prior to delivery. On the day of delivery I received a text again confirming the day and time, at this point we got rid of our old appliances to make room. At 2:30pm when the driver still hasn't shown up, I called and was informed that the driver was held up at the house prior to mine, and that they needed 30 more minutes. At 3:30pm still no driver and no communication. My husband called and was at that time informed that our appliances were in a different state all together, that they have just made it to their warehouse and that they needed to again reschedule for the 6th of July. After the 6th without any communication and no appliances, we called again and was then told our delivery date is the 10th of July. The appliances delivery tracker still says our scheduled delivery date is the 1st. Take my warning and save yourself a lot of headaches and go anywhere else for purchasing appliances.

The following week, someone from the company called to inform us the part was in. Installed the part only to be told the dishwasher still did not work, and we would need a water pump for an additional #300.00. Needless to say, we are not happy. We did not go ahead with the second part, for a couple of reasons, first, is this really the problem or will they find something else after this part is installed?  Did we need the first part? Second, had we known at the first service call we were going to need $600 work of parts/service, we would not have gone ahead with the first part, instead we would have chosen another option. It is hard to believe a less than 5 year old dishwasher needs both parts. We would not recommend this company. It is very disappointing to contact a service company expecting the "experts" to be able to diagnose the problem. If the service person would have inspected the dishwasher at the initial visit, three weeks later we wouldn't be without a working dishwasher.  Do your homework and read the reviews. Called to schedule repair for a Samsung washing machine that was making loud noises during cycles,…read morebut still working fine. According to everything I read it sounded like a bearing needed to be replaced. I called to schedule the appointment, they were friendly and were able to accommodate an appointment the next day. I was informed the fee was $109.00 for diagnosis and travel. I have no issues with that. The issue is that the tech diagnosed it immediately and wanted to replace the inside basket with spinner And tub for more than what the washer cost new when I purchased it 5 years ago, including 120.00 for shipping on a part that they were already charging for, which is also available on Amazon for the same price and free shipping. They also do not apply the diagnostic fee towards your invoice. I will make sure to lose their number!
