You might be tempted to use a business like this for better service than a big box retailer. I'm…read morenot sure that you'll get it. They use a text message tool to communicate with customers. But if you run into issues from the lack of context in texting the staff doing the texting may get fatigued and simply stop responding and refuse to take responsibility for their communication by giving you a first name. When you call directly to the office, the staff might refer you to a manager but the manager might be too busy to call you back and discuss your issue. When the service manager does call you back, you might be reminded of your responsibility to immediately report any quality issues with the repair, but get little recognition that repairs are sometimes done incorrectly. And in case you thought they like to use texting, be told it's really better for you to pick up the phone and call them. Not that the staff will be trained to proactively call you if texting goes sideways. If your dishwasher door won't open flat for loading after being disassembled, would you think that's a sign the repair was done incorrectly? I did. But Camden can't say if that would be the case. Anything could have happened.

Because the warranty gives them no motivation (not profitable) to fix the product, the fridge has been broken for 5...going on 6 months without repair.
