Only in LAS VEGAS, but most likely many destination. Took a cab three times over a weekend 12 /13/24 -12/15/24. Two of three upcharged and each driver acts ignorant and states he is unable to change it. One example of the $29 flat fee from my hotel region to the airport which we confirmed with the driver before getting in. How about $48! First trip since Uber/Lyft days using a cab and will be our last. Should have checked reviews ahead of time and would have avoided, but the good thing we all have choices and life goes on so don't let things like this even put a hiccup in you day. Happy travels and do your homework! read more

Great service door to door. Just slightly more than an Uber or Lyft with no ride share. Pleasant drivers. read more

ABC Union Cab Co - Rick R. - Taxis Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I used this Cab service to get from the airport to my hotel on the strip, and the next night to get from my hotel to an event I was attending. Both were great experiences, the drivers were friendly and talkative but not overly chatty (which is a good thing), they got through traffic quickly, and it was simple, fast, easy and straightforward to pay for the taxi fare and tip via a credit card. No complaints here! read more

I arrived at the Las Vegas airport on 3/14/16 and needed to take a cab to my hotel. When I got in the car and told the driver where I needed to go, she asked if I was traveling for business. After telling her I was here for a trade show, she asked if it was okay if we took the freeway. Not knowing that this would double my fair cost, I said she should take the fastest route. $40 for a 15 minute drive is excessive. I felt very manipulated when the hotel told me that driving the strip would have only cost $20. Needless to say, I took an Uber on the way back to the airport. It cost $12. Do yourself a favor and take an Uber. This is a perfect example of how broken the taxi system is. License Plate Number: 079-XVT read more

I called this morning at 0500 to arrange for a 0605 pick up. The dispatcher was nice took my info and said it's too early to call so call back at 0545/0550 the drivers are close by. I called at 0550 needing my ride to the airport. At 0604 the taxi driver called me and said he's coming from Fremont. I asked for another driver and he was debating what time he thought I needed to be at airport that I need to wait and I can't have another driver. At 0615 stressed out fearing to miss a flight, I caught a ride from a neighbor on their way to work. I called the driver to cancel and he hung up on me. He called me back at 0623 and said "it's not fair you cancelled I just got here at your house. You're fucked up bc I told you I was coming". I had already arrived in the airport tunnel. The taxi driver continued to yell at me and shout that he's at my house called me a bitch and hung up. I'm reporting him to the taxi authority and will never use this agency again. Happy thanksgiving. read more

LOCAL RESIDENT REVIEW Called for residential pick up to airport. Called two different times as I wasn't ready the first time but both dispatchers were good. Megan was patient and nice when I didn't know what time and the second dispatcher (didn't get his name) didn't sound chipper like Megan but was straight to the point and got what I needed Within 5 minutes of me calling, the driver Cheryl Hunt called to reconfirm. I was advised by dispatcher maybe 30 mins and the Cheryl said she would be at my place in 15. On and guess what?! A huge convention is in town!!! I will say car is outdated could be nicer/cleaner BUT didn't matter because Cheryl's attitude and friendliness allowed this review for 5 stars. read more

I'm waiting for than for 50 min and they even didn't call me back to say the taxi is coming, the attendant is so rude and he hang out the phone in my face twice, stay far for this company WHEN I CALL TO CANCEL THEY HANG OUT AGAIN IN MY FACE, 3 times in the row! read more

I used them getting from airport to my hotel for CES. Driver was helpful and courteous and made for an enjoyable ride despite the CES traffic. However I'm reviewing what happened the next day. Little did I know I dropped my driver's license in the cab that night. It was found by a passenger the next day who got a message to me with the (new) driver's cell phone number. I called and despite the huge demand and crazy CES traffic she found time (I figure at least half an hour that she gave up) to meet me to get my license back. Huge shout out to driver Joanne C. for saving me tons of hassle. read more

I left my wallet in the cab after paying on a Saturday night. There was little I could do because I didn't know what cab company took me home. First thing Monday morning I received a call at work from Union Cab saying they had my wallet including cash and credit cards inside. It's nice to know there are still some honest people out there. Thank You!! read more

My car broke down yesterday and I was aware it was going to be at the shop for 2 days so I called a taxi to take me to work. I called and made a reservation to be at house at 10:50 (I worked at 11:30) It's about a 8 min drive from my house to work. But I asked for it to early just incase . They said they'll be here by 10:50am well guess what? They got to my house at 12:10 and I made it to work at 12:20 !!! Horrible horrible service ! NEVER AGAIN ! read more

Driver showed up promptly for a scheduled pick-up to get us to the airport, was friendly, helpful with bags, talkative (but not too much so), and gave us an experience worthy of repeat business. If you need a ride in the southwest part of Vegas or around the Strip, look no further. read more

Was on S. jones street and needed a ride back to the strip. Weren't any cabs so called this company. Wait time quoted was about 15-35 minutes, they came at around 12 minutes. Fast! read more

This is absolutely the worst cab ride I have ever had in my entire life. First of all the cab driver did not know where he was going to take us how do use a GPS even after we gave him the address. And then instead of going south on Las Vegas Blvd. he's going north down the freeway and the clock is TickTock ticking. We told him he was going the wrong way he was incredibly rude finally pulled over the side of the freeway to try to figure out where he was going. Pointing his phone at us telling us that this is what the GPS says and we're telling him that the GPS is incorrect. His driving was erratic he left his turn signal on for like 15 minutes even after we kept telling him you have your turn signal on. As well, he almost hit two different vehicles on the freeway while we were driving - absolutely scary. I could not wait to get out of that vehicle and to top it all off the vehicle was disgustingly dirty. We refused to pay the full trip price and certainly did not give a tip. A trip that should've taken us 10 minutes was over half an hour.mDnot ever use this cab company if you do so it is at your own peril. read more

I have used this cab company many times. Never a problem. All of the other cab companies near my house are rated much lower.

Needing a cab around 9am this morning I called ABC Union cab at 8:20am. They took my info and said a driver would be on the way. At 8:55am I called ABC Union cab to check the eta of the cab. A lady answered and said a cab should be there any minute. At 9:10 still waiting on a cab I called ABC back and asked how far the cab was. Mark answered and said they were waiting on a driver to take my ticket. I was shocked. I asked Mark what have you been doing for the past 50 minutes. He replied looking for a driver. Then I asked him why was I told a driver should arrive any minute from the last person I spoke with, he replied I don't know. So then I said "you've got to be kidding me, I can call another taxi service". Mark replied that's fine I'll cancel the ticket and hung up. Great, now it's 9:30, I needed a cab half an hour ago and I'm stuck here waiting on another cab company. Now i know what ABC Union Cab stands for. A Bunch of Crap Union Cab. read more

I've used this company 2x to go from my house to the airport. Both drivers were nice and helped me with my luggage. No major issues except when they said 5-10 mins wait, its really 20-25 minutes. Give yourself buffer time. read more

Traveling from S Jones to the strip on a Sunday for brunch and rainy weather so not very busy which made for quicker service (but not by much). It took approximately 45 minutes and $20-from the time I made the call to my final destination. Driver was courteous. Car reeked of previous nights debacles. I'll try public transportation next time to see which is more efficient. I think it's time for Uber & Lyft to step in and provide us for possible better options. read more

Dear jesus, worst experience of my cab life. Where is uber?? Waited 45 minutes before anyone called me then to make things worse I had to repeatedly give directions to the cab driver. I couldn't understand a damn word he said because he could barely speak english. After we get off the phone it still took him another 25 minutes... before I had to call him to see where the f he was. His response "I'm using GPS now, be there soon" why weren't you using it in the first place! You should know where you are going if you're a cab driver!! Never had issues read more

Taxi service was horrible. I know Vegas well and these taxis just take the longest route every time. Total racket. Total scam. This is what happens when they have the politicians in their pockets. read more

Never again!!! I called they said waiting time 45minutes I said okay I called again and they said they already sent someone guess what??! 2hrs nobody came I called to cancel and he said oh we just sent someone? They don't deserve any stars. read more

Thank you for the honest quote. It was what was expected and what was given. Super friendly cabbie from # 7339 to the airport. They call when the cabbie is on their way to confirm and on time. He was friendly but not intrusive. He made you feel comfortable. I rarely take taxis but he's one of the good ones. Also, shout out to the dispatcher, very courteous and helpful. Will definitely use them again when the need arises :) read more

I dont normally write negative reviews but my cab driver last week was the worst driver ever, not personable at all and purposly took the longest way ever to get to the airport. I was minutes away from missing my flight because she wanted to rack up the time and charge double for what should have been a $10 ride. read more

Called for a cab for a group of 5 since we were 30 minutes walking from our hotel. They estimated it would be anywhere from 5-45 minutes wait. Waited half an hour, called back and they said they still didn't have anyone coming to pick us up and they cant give us an estimate as to how much longer it would be. Ended up walking back to our hotel. They never called us back regarding a pickup. DO NOT USE THEM. You will be waiting for forever. I would give them ZERO STARS if i could. read more

Best cab company by a lot. Greg took care of us all weekend. Arranged for a second cab because we had too many people. I highly recommend Greg and this cab company. read more

Wish there was an option to give zero stars. On a business trip, just trying to go 6.2 miles back to my hotel from a client lunch. Called this company almost two hours ago. They said 15-45 min wait. I called to check the status after an hour and they said they now don't even have an ETA, let alone a can even available and that there are 9 pickups in front of me. I doubt they'll ever come. The dispatch wasn't any help. They actually said I should call another company because they're really busy. This is after waiting almost two hours. Don't use this service! Try another service. I just called Nellis Cab Co and they've already had a driver call me back who's enroute and will be here in 15 minutes. Plus, they were actually nice to speak with! :) I hate writing negative reviews but I can't believe how companies like this one even stay in business. read more

I will give them 2 stars because the pick me up in the morning alright...but unfortunately if you don't have a long way to call they do not pick your call up....it is sad that the taxi companies treat locals like shit...maybe if they weren't all own by the same company we could have progress... read more

Horrible! They told me they would pick me up in 30 min to a hour and a hour and a half later I call and they tell me there are no taxis still in my area. Then they call me 20 min after just to make sure I still want a cab and they will let me know when they find one! Now I am late to work! I don't understand how they can just have all the drivers stay on the strip all night. Or not send someone when giving a customer a time that they will be there. Horrible service. I can't believe UBER is gone! They came in five minutes everytime! They are such a great service these cabs are a joke! read more

Arrived at Vegas airport on 7/12 and took a Union Cab to my hotel. I was asked if I wanted the shortest way, and I replied, I want the fastest & the cheapest route. He takes me on the freeway and 9.2 miles, 18 minutes, and $45.19 later, I arrived at the Paris Hotel. My peer, who was already at the hotel, texted me her fare was only $24. I was livid & told the driver I was going to report him. I have contacted Union Cab & spoke to Latrice who handles their claims. Called again today only to hear Latrice say she is far behind and should get to mine in another week. After reading other reviews about Union Cab, it would be in everyone's interest to help stop this scam by reporting them to the NV Taxi Authority, http://taxi.nv.gov/Complaints/Complaints/ It certainly doesn't make me want to return to Vegas any time soon! read more

Awful! Waited over an hour for them and decided to use Henderson instead...they came in 15 minutes. Don't use Union ABC Company! You will only hear bs stating that they are on the way--no real eta answers will be given. read more

My driver was friendly and courteous, pointing out the different routes I could take and how long they would take. This company sucks...avoid at all cost. 30 minutes let on a day before scheduled pick up time. Dispatch lies and just gives you BS. No call from the cabbie indicating he is late or even showing up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't understand the good yelp rating ??? read more

If I could give a zero I would. Im glad Uber is in Vegas, I will use them from now on. This driver, cab # 7701, stopped at a red light that he was allowed to turn right at, so I said sarcastically as he was writing notes down and combing his hair, "so I guess turning on red is illegal in Vegas huh"? He says sometimes, as someone honks their horn cuz he wasn't turning. I said, oo, today must be legal then huh? As the light turned, we start traveling towards our hotel. As we pass the 2 entrances I wanted to get dropped off at, while telling the driver, here is good, here is good, he says "no, I take you to front" I said, you passed the front! He says, no you see, I say, oo yeah, I see, you gotta get that extra dollar, you gotta drive around the entire building, i get it. As my girlfriend pays with the credit card machine in the back, the driver hops out, trying to get everyone out of the car; I sit in the front seat waiting for the receipt. When I heard the receipt printing on the dashboard, I took it, then got out. I walked probably 3 feet when the cab driver screamed for security and claimed I didn't pay. At this time, Im like, really bro? we paid by credit card! then security said, "you have a receipt"? Luckily, I took the receipt when I saw it, otherwise, who knows what would have happened. ABC is a bunch of crooks, no wonder "Union" is in the name, because they are no better. The other one star reviews are no coincidence! read more

I needed to take a cab one mile from the Delano to a clinic when I was under the weather. After driving for 10 min or so, I asked the guy if he knew where he was going. He said "yes". When he pulled into the clinic the bill for a 1 mile drive was $16 before the suggested 20-30% tip and the $3 credit card use fee. I called the company and asked them if the charge seemed reasonable. Their response was that it was my responsibility to argue the fair at the time of payment and they would come to the location to arbitrate. That's ridiculous. How would anyone guess that and why, as a female, sick, traveling alone do I want to argue with a large man who wants his money. I will report him to the hotel, as well. read more

Got scammed!!! From McCarran airport to Mandalay Bay (hotel across from the airport) was 37 dollars. He assured us the bill was normal as "things are farther away than they look." What a liar. We called dispatch after to complain and they agreed that we did get ripped off, and directed us to leave a message with management with our name and number. We did. Management never called us. Used a different cab company for our trip from the hotel to the airport for our flight home and it only came to 19 dollars. Confirmation, that we did indeed get scammed by this company. read more

Basically robbed by driver. Took us all the way around the city to get to the airport which was a straight shot up the road. Said the other way to go was "too scary" that time of day (4:30 am). Terrible. I used one of their cabs to get to my hotel from the airport and i asked for a receipt and the cab driver started driving and held it out the window for me to chase from him. What a terrible terrible company, I regret everything about the choice. read more
