Two of three upcharged and each driver acts ignorant and states he is unable to change it. One example of the $29 flat fee from my hotel region to the airport which we confirmed with the driver before getting in. How about $48! First trip since Uber/Lyft days using a cab and will be our last. Should have checked reviews ahead of time and would have avoided, but the good thing we all have choices and life goes on so don't let things like this even put a hiccup in you day. Both were great experiences, the drivers were friendly and talkative but not overly chatty (which is a good thing), they got through traffic quickly, and it was simple, fast, easy and straightforward to pay for the taxi fare and tip via a credit card. I arrived at the Las Vegas airport on 3/14/16 and needed to take a cab to my hotel. When I got in the car and told the driver where I needed to go, she asked if I was traveling for business. After telling her I was here for a trade show, she asked if it was okay if we took the freeway. Not knowing that this would double my fair cost, I said she should take the fastest route. $40 for a 15 minute drive is excessive. I felt very manipulated when the hotel told me that driving the strip would have only cost $20. Needless to say, I took an Uber on the way back to the airport. It cost $12. I called this morning at 0500 to arrange for a 0605 pick up. The dispatcher was nice took my info and said it's too early to call so call back at 0545/0550 the drivers are close by. I called at 0550 needing my ride to the airport. At 0604 the taxi driver called me and said he's coming from Fremont. I asked for another driver and he was debating what time he thought I needed to be at airport that I need to wait and I can't have another driver. At 0615 stressed out fearing to miss a flight, I caught a ride from a neighbor on their way to work. I called the driver to cancel and he hung up on me. He called me back at 0623 and said "it's not fair you cancelled I just got here at your house. You're fucked up bc I told you I was coming". I had already arrived in the airport tunnel. The taxi driver continued to yell at me and shout that he's at my house called me a bitch and hung up. I'm reporting him to the taxi authority and will never use this agency again. LOCAL RESIDENT REVIEW Called for residential pick up to airport. Called two different times as I wasn't ready the first time but both dispatchers were good. Megan was patient and nice when I didn't know what time and the second dispatcher (didn't get his name) didn't sound chipper like Megan but was straight to the point and got what I needed Within 5 minutes of me calling, the driver Cheryl Hunt called to reconfirm. I was advised by dispatcher maybe 30 mins and the Cheryl said she would be at my place in 15. On and guess what?! A huge convention is in town!!! I used them getting from airport to my hotel for CES. Driver was helpful and courteous and made for an enjoyable ride despite the CES traffic. However I'm reviewing what happened the next day. Little did I know I dropped my driver's license in the cab that night. It was found by a passenger the next day who got a message to me with the (new) driver's cell phone number. I called and despite the huge demand and crazy CES traffic she found time (I figure at least half an hour that she gave up) to meet me to get my license back. This is absolutely the worst cab ride I have ever had in my entire life. First of all the cab driver did not know where he was going to take us how do use a GPS even after we gave him the address. And then instead of going south on Las Vegas Blvd. he's going north down the freeway and the clock is TickTock ticking. We told him he was going the wrong way he was incredibly rude finally pulled over the side of the freeway to try to figure out where he was going. Pointing his phone at us telling us that this is what the GPS says and we're telling him that the GPS is incorrect.His driving was erratic he left his turn signal on for like 15 minutes even after we kept telling him you have your turn signal on. As well, he almost hit two different vehicles on the freeway while we were driving - absolutely scary. I could not wait to get out of that vehicle and to top it all off the vehicle was disgustingly dirty. We refused to pay the full trip price and certainly did not give a tip. I called and made a reservation to be at house at 10:50 (I worked at 11:30) It's about a 8 min drive from my house to work. But I asked for it to early just incase . Needing a cab around 9am this morning I called ABC Union cab at 8:20am. They took my info and said a driver would be on the way. At 8:55am I called ABC Union cab to check the eta of the cab. A lady answered and said a cab should be there any minute. At 9:10 still waiting on a cab I called ABC back and asked how far the cab was. Mark answered and said they were waiting on a driver to take my ticket. I was shocked. I asked Mark what have you been doing for the past 50 minutes. He replied looking for a driver. Then I asked him why was I told a driver should arrive any minute from the last person I spoke with, he replied I don't know. So then I said "you've got to be kidding me, I can call another taxi service". Mark replied that's fine I'll cancel the ticket and hung up. Traveling from S Jones to the strip on a Sunday for brunch and rainy weather so not very busy which made for quicker service (but not by much). It took approximately 45 minutes and $20-from the time I made the call to my final destination. Driver was courteous. Car reeked of previous nights debacles. Waited half an hour, called back and they said they still didn't have anyone coming to pick us up and they cant give us an estimate as to how much longer it would be. Wish there was an option to give zero stars. On a business trip, just trying to go 6.2 miles back to my hotel from a client lunch. Called this company almost two hours ago. They said 15-45 min wait. I called to check the status after an hour and they said they now don't even have an ETA, let alone a can even available and that there are 9 pickups in front of me. I doubt they'll ever come. The dispatch wasn't any help. They actually said I should call another company because they're really busy. This is after waiting almost two hours. Don't use this service! Try another service. I just called Nellis Cab Co and they've already had a driver call me back who's enroute and will be here in 15 minutes. Horrible! They told me they would pick me up in 30 min to a hour and a hour and a half later I call and they tell me there are no taxis still in my area. Then they call me 20 min after just to make sure I still want a cab and they will let me know when they find one! Now I am late to work! I don't understand how they can just have all the drivers stay on the strip all night. Or not send someone when giving a customer a time that they will be there. Horrible service. Arrived at Vegas airport on 7/12 and took a Union Cab to my hotel. I was asked if I wanted the shortest way, and I replied, I want the fastest & the cheapest route. He takes me on the freeway and 9.2 miles, 18 minutes, and $45.19 later, I arrived at the Paris Hotel. My peer, who was already at the hotel, texted me her fare was only $24. I was livid & told the driver I was going to report him. I have contacted Union Cab & spoke to Latrice who handles their claims. Called again today only to hear Latrice say she is far behind and should get to mine in another week. If I could give a zero I would. Im glad Uber is in Vegas, I will use them from now on. This driver, cab # 7701, stopped at a red light that he was allowed to turn right at, so I said sarcastically as he was writing notes down and combing his hair, "so I guess turning on red is illegal in Vegas huh"? He says sometimes, as someone honks their horn cuz he wasn't turning. I said, oo, today must be legal then huh? As the light turned, we start traveling towards our hotel. As we pass the 2 entrances I wanted to get dropped off at, while telling the driver, here is good, here is good, he says "no, I take you to front" I said, you passed the front! He says, no you see, I say, oo yeah, I see, you gotta get that extra dollar, you gotta drive around the entire building, i get it. As my girlfriend pays with the credit card machine in the back, the driver hops out, trying to get everyone out of the car; I sit in the front seat waiting for the receipt. When I heard the receipt printing on the dashboard, I took it, then got out. I walked probably 3 feet when the cab driver screamed for security and claimed I didn't pay. At this time, Im like, really bro? we paid by credit card! then security said, "you have a receipt"? Luckily, I took the receipt when I saw it, otherwise, who knows what would have happened. I needed to take a cab one mile from the Delano to a clinic when I was under the weather. After driving for 10 min or so, I asked the guy if he knew where he was going. He said "yes". When he pulled into the clinic the bill for a 1 mile drive was $16 before the suggested 20-30% tip and the $3 credit card use fee. I called the company and asked them if the charge seemed reasonable. Their response was that it was my responsibility to argue the fair at the time of payment and they would come to the location to arbitrate. That's ridiculous. How would anyone guess that and why, as a female, sick, traveling alone do I want to argue with a large man who wants his money. I will report him to the hotel, as well. read more

Terrible. I used one of their cabs to get to my hotel from the airport and i asked for a receipt and the cab driver started driving and held it out the window for me to chase from him. Even worse I dropped my keys in the cab and I called the company within minutes of him leaving and they wouldn't call the cab driver to tell him my keys were in the car.
