This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a comedy show. The comedians were nothing they represented on the streets that the sellers are selling. It is in a dingy dark basement and very dirty, yucky atmosphere. The staff is extremely unexperienced and unprofessional. We also definitely got roofied last night there I think to make us laugh. This was a very unbearable show. We left early and we're up all nite with heart palpitations and headaches. These are new and just starting comedians. Not funny in the slightest. I was starstruck so I didn't say anything. When you're a kid, it's so cool to see a celebrity in real life. The whole thing was so normal, no pretentious behavior or "do you know who I am" stuff. Chuck Scarborough was one of New York's greatest broadcast journalists - so consistently professional and reassuring. After over 50 years, he finally retired. Whoever hired him at NBC made the right call. NBC also produced the show Law and Order - great series especially the ones with Jerry Orbach as Detective Lennie Briscoe (one of the best actors in the history of crime television; he unfortunately passed in 2004). And Late Night too. Lots of great shows on NBC.

We got there when it was still dark out. We had VIP tickets I think or whatever they are called. We went upstairs where the second hour is filmed. What a great time. The celebrities have a job to do but they are really friendly. Especially Robin and Laura. Very outgoing and engaging. We took photos with Robin at the end. She is very friendly and put up with my bad jokes. It was a highlight of our trip. There were a couple of free gifts at the end as well. Lucky us! I would definitely do this again; so much fun!

Unfortunately, lately I don't find the program as interesting or informative as it once was. The content feels repetitive, and there seems to be a strong focus on shopping segments. At times, it feels more like QVC than a national morning news program. The cast is wonderful, and I truly enjoy them. However, I would love to see more real news coverage -- important stories from across the United States and around the world. That's what made the show special to me. Today, I actually turned off the TV because the focus was again on product promotions and free shipping offers. She reports the weather very professionally, with style, and a sense of humor. I've been watching the local news for decades in NYC, and the main reason I watch PIX11 is to see her. She looks like she was a model. Another reason I always watch PIX11 is that the news anchors report the news in a very relaxed manner. They are never in a hurry to finish their news line to go to commercials. They beat the big three, CBS, NBS, AND ABC, because they are on the air more often than they are.

The studio is located within the 1211 Avenue of the Americas building, on 48th Street. Audience members are allowed in at around 4:45ish PM, but make sure to be on line by 3:30 PM, because the studio only holds 82 people and they've turned away ticket holders over the 82 maximum. After going through security, you'll be led into a room, where refreshments will be provided. There, security will reiterate that phones will be turned off throughout the recording. After being led into the studio, you'll witness all of the details that encompass this show, where Greg Gutfeld will speak to a celebrity panel of guests about current political topics...and then some. Although the longer running WAAY, channel 19, and WAAF, channel 48 have existed longer than channel 54, channel 54 delivers similar content, local news, local sports coverage, and local weather. I do love the Fox brand! I've been a Sean Hannity fan for decades and I've enjoyed plenty of episodes of "The Five" on Fox over the years. Thanks, Fox 54 and Fox television stations!

Basically, as with most streamers you can cancel, re-up for a month or two, binge anything new and then cancel again. Without the sterling writing and tight ensemble cast, it's a quick hook and curtains for the good doctor. I also love Star Trek but you can't build an entire streamer around the reruns and a geriatric Jean Luc Picard. Finally, it was also interesting catching a few episodes of the original Hawaii Five-0 and Mission Impossible. My nostalgic tolerance for bad acting and hackneyed plots is fleeting and reminds me that a fond boyhood memory is often more pleasing than a real time reminder. Paramount+ may live long and prosper but it's in dire need of more rotating content. Dr. Frasier Crane deserved better... kudos to the rest of the original cast for staying away. Five stars for the convenience and excellent picture quality.

My Grandma didn't miss an episode of "Guiding Light," and "As the World Turns." On days I missed school due to being sick or medical appointments, I watched her "programs" with her. CBS cartoon favorites for me as a child were "Scooby-Doo" and "Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids." The CBS game show I frequently watched was "Family Feud." I thought Richard Dawson's kissing each adult female contestant was off putting. Christmas specials CBS aired were always great! Think "A Charlie Brown Christmas," "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," and "Frosty the Snowman." These all are Christmas classics and I still enjoying watching them every Christmas! I also enjoyed the National Geographic Society primetime specials! Especially the ones featuring Jacques Cousteau. I was an only child of a working Mother so she had to entertain me the best she could. When my Dad came home from work, he took control of the TV. I was told when I had to get up to change the channel! The best thing about living in NYC is having multiple locations of your favorite TV Stations to visit. I'm not out walking as much these days because of the many rainy days. I hope to return to this building for photos eventually. You can research the long history of CBS for yourself.
