Avoid this location for iPostal or any other service they offer. Based on my experience, their…read morepackage pickup policies are unreasonable, their customer service is appalling, and they show absolutely no willingness to help customers. I had an iPostal mailbox at this location, which I have since canceled and received a refund from iPostal after explaining the unacceptable experience I had here. A gift for my daughter was delivered to this location, and I received a notification from iPostal confirming its arrival. I immediately attempted to schedule a pickup, only to discover that the next available appointment was a single 30-minute window, from 9:30-10:00 a.m., four days later! Assuming this had to be a software error, I went to the location in person (again just 30 minutes after the package had been delivered). The associate was rude, refused to release my package, and insisted that a pickup appointment was required. When I explained that the next available appointment was four days away and that the package had just arrived, I was told it was not their problem and that I needed to contact iPostal. Excuse me, you are the ones who advertise being an iPostal location and the ones holding my package hostage. As it turns out, this location only allows package pickups during a 30-minute window, from 9:30-10:00 a.m., with 24 hours' advance notice. This restriction is not disclosed anywhere on their website or iPostal's website. Despite having my package in their possession and knowing it was a package I urgently needed, they made no effort whatsoever to help resolve the situation. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. This is the level of service you receive while paying an additional $5 per package acceptance, a fee they claim is set by iPostal, which is simply not consistent with my experience using the service elsewhere. I have multiple iPostal mailboxes at other locations, and none of them operate this way. This experience is entirely unacceptable and appears to be specific to this location (a Postnet franchise). This location is all about deceptive business practices. Customers deserve transparency, reasonable access to their mail and packages, and basic courtesy from the businesses they pay to provide a service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are two great local print shops in the immediate area and a Staples right up on Washington. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Postnet and any of the services they offer. Thanks for ruining my daughters day. PS - Know your rights: If your mail/package was USPS: Interfering with, delaying, hiding, or preventing someone from receiving their mail is a federal crime under 18 U.S. Code § 1702 and § 1708, which can carry severe fines or felony charges. If they refuse to give you your package or mail, call the cops - even if it was not USPS, you have given them the right to accept mail/packages on your behalf, not to hold them hostage in an off-site "storage".

Gary emailed me right away to confirm the stock weight and said I could pick it up in an hour (on my way home)! My only caveats would be that the order form online assumes you are a business, I wish there was an "individual" option.. The colors also didn't print that great, I had a lot of project photos included that looked more dull than I expected for the $$.. and there weren't a lot of paper options (32# paper or 80# card stock seems to be a common recommendation, but they only offered 28# laser paper or 100# card stock). Service and timeliness was great, though! Would definitely go back in a pinch.

After my husband got his Canadian passport photos done here, we went back because my husband said that he felt like they were the only place that seemed to know what they were doing. We were in and out super quick. They have great attention to detail--when packing the photos, they explained that the ink on the stamp can transfer to the back of the photos, so they pack them with a sheet in between and with the photos facing out.

Thankfully, I had my dates and names, because the box simply wasn't in their system. After several worrisome hours, Corey found it. To be clear, Corey was very kind and helpful, but when I picked up the missing box, the store had the gall to charge me for it--again, more than it cost to ship. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth regarding FedEx and how customers are handled. If you can ship your boxes anywhere else for events at the convention center, DO.
