Not sure about that first post, but every time I've come here I've had a good experience. I had the opportunity to work for a Bo-dunk small business that is around the corner and this place was a savior. We were so small that we didn't have a copier, let alone a fax so when I needed to get some general business things done, I used ABC. Okay yes, prices are a bit much, but given the financial dist location, I can deal with it. Price is the only reason why I'm knocking this down from 5 stars. People inside have been generally nice and accommodating for whatever I need. One time I just needed to scan something and the guy let me do it for free. I mean, come on!! If I'm in a scrounge for business junk that needs to be done, I'll come here first. I'd rather spend my dollars here than some national chain like Kinkos... Thanks ABC. read more

Really needed to print some art for upcoming convention and decided to give this place a try...worst choice EVER! 1 star for the nice senior who at least try to help me and later directed me to young staff who can help...Apparently I came in at the wrong time cause the young man there have NO customer service! So f* rude! If you are TOO busy to help me print something..let me know..I'll gladly go elsewhere for business! I've been doing business with this ABC Imaging location for years - at two different companies - and had nothing but the best service. Everyone is incredibly courtesy, flexible and the turnover is extremely fast. They've been able to make anything that I've requested (large prints, small prints, booklets, stickers, etc.) and quickly. Reasonable prices too but their quality is worth any price. As a design professional working in Boston for 30 years, when Charrette/Service Point folded many years ago I switched to these guys and they've been the best. Rock solid reliable. Always hit our deadlines and always call when they have a question. We've relied on ABC for print jobs locally and all over the country. While some people obviously want miracles, these guys do a great job delivering when you respect what they do and allow them time to do it.
