Unlike typical theaters, the seating is chairs and tables or booths, so that you can enjoy food while you watch the show. Movie tickets can be purchased on-line or when you arrive. Generally, they are showing new releases and the prices are good. They often have host other events such as special screenings, trivia nights, live music, etc. and the ticket prices for those events vary. Once in the movie room, you choose your seat - it is first come first served. A server will come around, usually twice, to offer you a menu and to take your order. There is also a QR code available should you choose not to wait for the physical menu. They also bring your order to you. Ordering isn't mandatory. The few times that I've ordered, I was satisfied with the order. In general, I think that the ticket and menu prices are very reasonable. Staff is typically good and I have always had good experiences here.

I had the loyalty membership and went often on discount days and morning matinees when they weren't crowded. My three boys and I had the run of the place. But then we stopped going through the covid shutdowns and switched over to this closer cinema afterwards. Love them for the same reasons. Newer, cleaner. better service. The loyalty discounts on admission aren't nearly as good with Cinemark, but it's much closer for me and has some better food options nearby for the pre- or post- movie meals. The salsa had a little too much of some type of green spice for me though. It kind of tasted like grass. LOL Our teenager ordered the fish and chips, and weeks later she is STILL bringing it up and asking when we can go back for the fish and the chairs. So I think that says enough! Today's experience was the final straw, I can no longer recommend this location as a place to enjoy a movie. A $10 drink refund cost them three local families from returning to their theater. Food orders have been messed up frequently and we returned, staff offered to correct prior orders but then nothing when the bill arrives. There is a lack of training and a lack of proper management at this location. We had a simple issue with a food order this time again that needed to be addressed. When it wasn't corrected when we got the closing bill I approached the manager after the film for help. Even the manager didn't help make it right. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere; save half the price of the movie ticket and go to a family owned theater called West Orange Cinema. Half the price of movie tickets at Cinepolis, half the price of the food and zero interruptions.
