Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe. Showed up like clockwork and were done in under 2-hours. I will try my best to keep my 2-pups off the sofa, bit who are we kidding...I know I will be calling them back for an annual cleaning. I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. I wait and at 3 I call to confirm. They tell me they are on the way and be here at 4:55pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way. So I wait, only to get a call at 4pm that "it's too far". I been trying to work with these idiots all day and then they tell me this? Do you have google maps? Do you advertise you serve my area? Yes and Yes but they want to hang me up ALL DAY Friday only to ditch me at the end of the day. What a terrible way to run a business. Hurtful and unprofessional. Typical LA experience. Be grossly incompetent, charge 3x what the going rate is in any other part of the country, and then stand proudly with your hands on your hips.
