She does not respond until days later which is so unprofessional. I had to keep on reminding to send me a quote and it took 2 and a half weeks for her to respond with a quote. And the quote she gave me was ridiculous!!! I live in a 2 bed room 2 bathroom apartment 1400 square feet, and she gave me a quote of $370 for 2 maids and 6 hours of work!!! I have never had a quote this high for my apartment, the maximum I have ever gotten quoted for was $150 for 2 maids. And 2 maids usually take no more than 3 hours to clean my whole place. Jen is ripping off her customers and is not responsive at all and has the worst service ever! STAY AWAY!!!!!

She was very kind and professional and patient when explaining to me the details of the service, billing, and scheduling. The deep clean for a 3 story, 5 bed/5.5 bath including linen changes was very reasonable and my house and I had no complaints. The team was able to get everything done and we felt very happy with the work that was done. I live with 4 other people so our house gets quite messy and Jen and her team did such a phenomenal job. Everything about the process from scheduling to the workers leaving was so seamless. The workers were very kind and friendly as well. My roommates and I were very excited about this service and could not speak more highly of it. I could not recommend a better team to work with!

They did a great job in the concrete-surface trash room, where they discovered a gas leak: gas company later that day found a loose plug. Joe Williams & his team did a great job for stairwells that haven't been cleaned in years. They protected the apartments from water while cleaning. They showed us that we need to repaint the stairwells from the minor damage from the water pressure.

I needed it cleaned today due to company arriving tomorrow morning and probably called 20 different cleaning services (16 voicemails, 3 no availability, 1 that can only do 6am) before receiving a call back from Ella (the owner) saying that she could have two cleaners come out tonight. 8pm rolls around and they do show up despite the time and length of job ahead of them, and proceed to clean after I showed them through. Both before and after, Ella kept in touch constantly with me and seemingly with the cleaners to make sure everything was going smoothly, to update me on when they would be there, and to inform me of how pricing would work. About 10 minutes before they finished, I received a call from her to give me a final price and she was kind enough to offer a huge discount for the job done. While the pictures don't all show just how big of a disaster the house was, I know full well it was a lot of work. The occupants for the past 3 months consisted of a group of young adults (13-24) combined with a ridiculously furry (sheds on everything) husky. As I'm sure most of you know, this isn't the cleanest age group in terms of household chores. There was plenty of dog fur all over the floors, along the stairwell, on the carpet, and it sort of looked like a food bomb went off in the kitchen. Hair was chopped off and dyed in the restroom. Soap caked onto the sink. Grime from previous owners sat untouched on the blinds in the kitchen. Burnt drippings in the oven. Dust from unuse in the spare bedrooms coated everything. 5 hours later, all of this was remedied. Amazing customer service and attitude from both Ella and the two ladies (sorry, I'm awful with names!). Would definitely recommend Sofiya's Cleaning Services to anybody looking for a stress-free job done for their home!

I'm also getting excellent service! The new house was fairly clean but really needed a good kitchen/bathroom cleaning and all the floors mopped/walls cleaned/dusting top to bottom. Two super-friendly women came by to do the work. For a 3 bed/2bath house (including refrigerator and oven cleaning, tub with jets, all floors needing a mopping [no carpeting], plantation-blinds on everyyyyy window, etc..) they breezed through it in a timely manner! The house looks fab! I'm beyond pleased! I can't wait to see the magic that happens in the old house! I'll definitely be arranging a regular bi-weekly in the near future! I'm so excited to have found such a wonderful local business. Sure I can call one of the franchised services (not naming names but they rhyme with "jerry maids" and "jolly maids" lol) but as a self-employed woman I much prefer to give my hard-earned money to a small business owned and run by a woman, staffed by women. Support local businesses, and reap the rewards! I'm doing something good for my home, for local commerce, for women in business, and for my soul :)

Ugh. We hired Woodland Hills Cleaners to come to clean our kitchen, living room and two bathrooms…read more Tito and a second guy came to our house at 9:40 am. They had said they'd be there between 8 and 9, but no big deal. They cleaned the rooms well, but that night I found that Tito had apparently been trying to take the sliding shower door off in our main bathroom. He had bent one roller bracket so badly the only way to move the shower door was to lift the whole thing up off the tracks. I understand that things happen, but Tito charged us and left without telling me what he'd done. Not cool. I called Woodland Hills Cleaners the next morning (Wednesday) and the receptionist said she'd call her manager. Tito called me back, didn't really take responsibility but said he'd have their repairman call me in the next 2 days. 3 days later (Saturday), I called Tito again to say I hadn't heard from his repairman. Not cool again. Tito then said their repairman would definitely call and come by on Monday. I rearranged my schedule so I could be home on Monday, but the repairman never called or came by. I texted Tito and he said that if the repairman "didn't call you or show up it's because he was too busy". What?! Tito said he forwarded the information and felt like that was the end of his responsibility in the matter. At this point I was done. Tito broke our shower door, didn't tell me, told me twice that he would send a repairman, and then got indignant when, after a week without a functional shower door, I finally got irritated with him. I hired someone else to fix the shower door so I wouldn't waste any more time chasing Tito and waiting for chimeric repairmen. The carbon of the invoice Tito left was also for someone else and had their information on it.

Lamont and Megan did a fantastic job cleaning and organizing our apartment everything looked spotless and perfectly arranged when they were done. We were so impressed that we called them back the following week to try their rug deep cleaning service. We have pets, so our rug and couch had quite a few stains. Bruce handled the rug cleaning and was able to remove most of the stains, but what really blew us away was how he made our couch look brand new again and it smelled so fresh. We were so happy with their pricing and service we signed up for their monthly membership and now have them coming out for bi-monthly cleaning. It's such a relief knowing our home is in great hands. Importantly, took and posted pictures of my home without my permission. The owner kept changing prices and details. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was a complete disappointment from start to finish. They arrived late, took cigarette breaks, and even tried to leave early for a personal event. Instead of working, they complained about "clutter" -- which is exactly what they were hired to deal with. Not one room was fully cleaned. I have 5 bedrooms, and none were finished. An entire den was skipped. Out of 4 bathrooms, only half the work was done. In the master, the dresser tops, mirrors, side tables, and chest were left untouched. One cleaner broke a glass -- she did say "I'm sorry," but the damage still showed how careless the work was overall. On top of that, they posted photos of my home online without my permission, which is a serious invasion of privacy and completely unprofessional. I paid for a full house cleaning and got excuses, sloppy work, broken items, and a bad attitude. Absolutely not worth the money. Avoid this company at all costs.
