There was couples playing games, people working on computers, and families with young kids (stroller friendly) that were hanging out. Every person we have met that works here has been friendly, funny, knowledgable, just down home! This place & its now owners who have family history brewing beer many years ago and now again. Just so cool! The atmosphere is comfy and tvs to watch a game, the patio has the Best furniture ever is huge and comfy and under pines yet get sun! Just the best of the up north feel and the best of a brewery in all aspect. Did I mention they are smart and keep their staple on hand (as a brewery should hence "staple") and has a wide variety on the menu so something for everyone! See you soon cabin time is near!

Stopped in at New York Mills newest "brew pub" Continental Divide on a Saturday afternoon…read more Traditionally speaking a brew pub is an establishment that brews their own beer and serves food made in house. This place doesn't actually brew their own beer which was a bit of a bummer. It is actually what I would call a taphouse. Nevertheless they have an insanely good tap beer list. There are many styles of beer to choose from sure to please any palate. They also offer craft cocktails on tap. The decor is beautiful. A very open, inviting, and comfortable space. There are a handful of tables in the front as you walk in and a bar in the back with an exposed kitchen beyond that. We ordered wings, nachos, and pizza. Wings were cooked nicely and the sauce was flavorful but not quite as described. Nachos had a beautiful presentation but were cold. Pizza was OUTSTANDING. This place is super new and has a good base going. I fully expect them ironing out some of the issues with the food. Staff were all very fun and friendly. Didn't have to wait to order food or drinks. I would absolutely visit this spot again as well as recommend

Everyone we talked to was really friendly, helpful, and quick with the service. It was right after they opened on a weekday so they weren't too busy. The taproom is fashioned like a viking longhouse and the layout is great for big get-togethers. Not to mention the sprawling campus with gorgeous views. The beer was all pretty solid. Nothing to warrant a trip by itself, but I enjoyed all of them. The Margherita is always my litmus test for a pizza joint and they delivered! The crust was light and airy, really flavorful, and the charring was perfect. The sauce was bright, mozzarella fresh, and the basil (correctly) added after the bake. The pretzel was just as well done. Really fluffy with a crisp crust and just the right amount of chew. Their rotating specialty pizzas all sound amazing so you know next time I'm in the area I'll stop in for a pretzel, pizza, and a few tasters.
