We were devastated but decided to try this place out and man it delivered and MORE. I love sours, I cannot get enough of sours, and this place has SO many on tap. I was in heaven. I did a flight in the main brewery area, saddled up near some arcade games and enjoyed the vibe and feel of the place. It reminds me of so many of the breweries that I love down in the Twin Cities. The logo, simply amazing. This is such a fresh take on a brewery and to see in North Dakota is refreshing. After finishing our first round we ventured over to the brewhalla/market area? Can't recall what it was called but man we could've spent hours in that section. We did a little shopping, tried some other beers that weren't available in the taproom (more sours!!!) and grabbed some food to snack on as we walked. My husband was a big fan of the oysters - who would've thought? Having the hotel attached as well was genius. Next time we're in town, we're staying there! Can't wait to stop in when we're back in town.

The poutine was SO tasty - it was unlike anything I've ever had, with such a fun Italian twist! The pizza dough was fluffy and delicious, and though the white sauce was a little heavy, it was still quite good. The service was excellent, our food arrived quickly and it was reasonably priced. This is a great small town find!

This place doesn't actually brew their own beer which was a bit of a bummer. It is actually what I would call a taphouse. Nevertheless they have an insanely good tap beer list. There are many styles of beer to choose from sure to please any palate. They also offer craft cocktails on tap. The decor is beautiful. A very open, inviting, and comfortable space. There are a handful of tables in the front as you walk in and a bar in the back with an exposed kitchen beyond that. We ordered wings, nachos, and pizza. Wings were cooked nicely and the sauce was flavorful but not quite as described. Nachos had a beautiful presentation but were cold. Pizza was OUTSTANDING. This place is super new and has a good base going. I fully expect them ironing out some of the issues with the food. Staff were all very fun and friendly. Didn't have to wait to order food or drinks. The taproom is fashioned like a viking longhouse and the layout is great for big get-togethers. Not to mention the sprawling campus with gorgeous views. The beer was all pretty solid. Nothing to warrant a trip by itself, but I enjoyed all of them. The Margherita is always my litmus test for a pizza joint and they delivered! The crust was light and airy, really flavorful, and the charring was perfect. The sauce was bright, mozzarella fresh, and the basil (correctly) added after the bake. The pretzel was just as well done. Really fluffy with a crisp crust and just the right amount of chew. Their rotating specialty pizzas all sound amazing so you know next time I'm in the area I'll stop in for a pretzel, pizza, and a few tasters.

Dogs aren't allowed inside but the patio had dog bowls and leash tethers on the tables. The staff was amazing and friendly, offering to answer any questions and give samples. No food options but looks like they have trucks often. They've got cider, some slushes, sake, and even cocktails. All of them were excellent. I love dry ciders and theirs all lean that way. The orange cream cocktail was super refreshing on a hot day and I'd try any of their creations next time. Finished up with a sake where the full proceeded to the staff as a tip. Love this place and I'm sure to stop by if I'm in the area.
