Great Excellent environment make you feel like you are in the real bar business Small group of students like is perfect to learn Teacher excellent ( Mrs Lisa) Price perfect for 20 hours class 9-1 everyday for a week I highly recommend This schools to everyone want to be in Bartending business Thanks

Lisa did an excellent job of not only sharing great information and teaching the skills necessary to bartend, but with creating such a personable environment within the class. Not only did I learn what I need to know to become a bartender but I was also given the confidence to do so and to know that I will excel in the field of Bartending. Thank you Lisa for everything!

Lisa has to hands down the best teacher. I have been in many different lectures ranging from aeronautical science to safety briefs. If Lisa was a spokesperson for every event I think life would be a whole lot easier.

    Come and get it !!

Spent an excellent week training under Ms Alex. Met new friends and possibly future colleagues. Time to find that first job.

I learned so much from this school. Everyday I was learning new drinks and actually being hands on behind the bar. Great experience

I knew very little about the industry, nothing about liquor and I had never served before.

I wasn't expecting to walk into a dive bar atmosphere to learn the course. The facility is run down with inadequate tools to learn with. Although the back bar liquor bottles were in passable condition, the bottles on the speed rack looked like they have been there for at least 20 years. The bottles were dirty and labels scratched and unreadable, the soda bottles were beat up without labels so you were guessing what was in the bottles. Since there were no carbonated soda to practice with, you are guessing if you made a drink correctly. There was only one strainer for all of us to share, and it was difficult to garnish a drink with plastic fruit that you couldn't cut into. The instructor tried to show how to 'float' with water, but of course that doesn't work with water. I was surprised they didn't provide the instructor with a syrup to show the 'float' technique or a couple of pieces of fruit to show the proper way to 'muddle'. I guess I'll have to watch a U-Tube video, but for $295 I thought it would be provided. Our instructor, Heather, did a wonderful job of walking us through the workbook and explaining everything in detail. She was patient, thorough and always asked if we had any questions. She did a great job despite the limited supplies she had to work with.

Greeted right away- wonderful server (super upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable)- also had great recommendations. Kicked off with HH drinks- dirty martinis and for a friend a mocktail. We also enjoyed fresh bread and butter and then the spinach artichoke dip bread. Wow. So dang good- soft and melt in your mouth bread with hot dip and cheese. Delicious. For our meals: Me- Crab bisque (yum) and cold lobster salad (also yum- lots of lobster). Friends- Also had the bisque, plus a ceaaar salad- one with chicken. In addition, a couple sides of fries which were very good. Offered and took a shuttle to our show (and back), which was a nice touch. Parking was also free/validated. Shuttle driver was friendly and also personable. Good experience all around- good to views to service.

The location on the 34th and 35th floor of the Wells Fargo building is breathtaking. The views of Jacksonville are amazing. We had the St. John's Dining room which is a large space for about 10-15 folk. The staff was extremely attentive and very good. They were getting me drinks before I knew I wanted them! This place is fine dining with some pizazz. I had a four course meal starting with the sea same seared ahi tuna, baby spinach and berries, an 8oz filet, and finally Florida key lime pie. Every bite was tasty. I hope to be back soon!

I was even more excited when I learned that it holds the distinction of being Jacksonville's oldest pizzeria (a piece of local history that deserves recognition). Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the legacy. The pizza tasted as though the dough came in frozen, reminding me of lower quality supermarket pizza rather than something made fresh in house. Given its reputation, I left genuinely surprised by the lack of flavor, texture, and overall quality. I was equally puzzled to see this restaurant featured among Jacksonville's best. Based on my experience, it made me question the standards behind those recommendations. The baked ziti was particularly disappointing and, quite honestly, the worst I've ever had. The restaurant's history and longevity are admirable, and its story is undoubtedly its strongest asset. I only wish the food reflected the same level of care and craftsmanship that has allowed the establishment to endure for so many years.
