I'd say 80% of the actual class is him pushing his tactical master classes, and then you end with a speech about buying those and how "worth it" they are. If they're anything like this class, I can assure you, they are not worth it. He tries to convince you they are by telling you gun ranges are a complete and total waste of time. All the 5 star reviews look great... until you realize he bribed us to do them. You get store credit for leaving a 5 star review. (A significant amount of store credit). I did not take that opportunity because 1) I knew I wasn't going back there and 2) I wanted to leave an honest review. They do have a good warranty on their guns, (provided they actually honor it, but I don't, and won't, know). The short of it is I left that class knowing nothing. I am so grateful for a gun runners class I took 6 years ago. I learned so much more there than I did here. If this were the only weapons class I took, I would have absolutely NO business concealing a firearm. Somebody is going to get hurt.

There was one person taking a break in the lobby when I arrived and everyone else was busy taking tests. I sort of expected to have to wait with 10-15 people and go in at the same time but that was by far not the case which was nice. I was able to start my test about an hour early. When you go here, there's basically one room with about 30 people taking different tests around you. You're sitting in a little cubicle directly next to other people but separately by a little short fabric wall behind and to the sides of your computer. You can bring unwrapped cough drops in a plastic bag to help you if you start coughing and also a clear plastic bottle of water with no wrapper. They give you everything else for your test like a calculator, pen, and scratch paper. The chairs that you sit on are like rolling office chairs with decent fabric cushion which was comfortable. They have headphones there- the ones you might wear to a racetrack to block out noise. I tried those for the first ten minutes and couldn't get comfortable in them but you can also bring foam ear plugs which could help. It wasn't too loud to focus other than people coughing occasionally. They have lockers with numbered keychain locks for you to use during your test for free and I was able to fit my purse with snacks in it. When you take a break you cannot look at study material or a phone but can grab a snack and use the bathroom. They have two bathrooms right around the corner when you step out of the computer room. They were relatively clean. I was really nervous and anxious but getting there early and being checked in by very good employees made me feel less stressed.

She made learning easy and always answered any questions the class had. Her Powerpoint and Kahoot! games were very useful for the EOC (end of course exam). I know she has prepared me to do well on my state exam coming up in a few weeks. I highly recommend taking the course with her if you are looking to get into real estate and need a class that is offered in the evenings.

She keep everyone on the right track so we completed on time. At the end of class you are giving a TRUE/FALSE 10 question test and have to get 7 correct to pass the class and get a certificate.
