The lack of communication and support from the administrative side ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. When paying a high out-of-pocket cost, a patient should reasonably expect timely responses and basic administrative assistance without having to repeatedly chase down staff. While I was incarcerated and unable to personally call the office, my mother contacted them simply to inform them that I would not be able to attend my appointment. She was not asking for any medical information, only trying to notify them on my behalf. Despite this, I was later charged the full amount for the one-hour session I could not attend. After I was released, I called the office to address the issue and was told that the office manager was out all week and that no one else, including Dr. D'Arienzo, could make a decision. I left a message requesting a return call and never received one. When I followed up again the next week, I was told the office manager was out yet again and that I should call back on Tuesday when she returned. When I asked why there was no one else who could assist, I was simply told to call back. At that point, I explained that I would no longer be using their services because of the poor customer service and lack of concern. The response I received was essentially "thank you and have a nice day," with no effort to resolve the matter or show any concern for the patient experience. It is disappointing because Dr. D'Arienzo himself was excellent, but the office support surrounding him was extremely poor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

In March 2025, i found a hidden camera in my apartment complex RISE48 in Pheonix Arizona and then proceeded to have a failed suicide attempt. Throughout the next year I was a victim of Project Monarch, and received many death threats and was gangstalked for over a year in person. Online very many people participated in my Project Monarch -- severely mentally incapacitating me. I checked into this facility to receive treatment for the accompanying alcoholism that followed. My time at the facility was nothing more than their attempt to further Monarch me and attempt to 'split' me. Several other residents referred to me as a man throughout my stay. Further DID behaviors were directed my way every single day I was at the facility by residents and staff. The residents intentionally tried to get under my skin every single day, all day long. Ending in theft from my roommate prior to my walkout. Having stolen something of my own, I found amongst her own belongings. Every single resident in this facility perpetuated my PROJECT MONARCH including bullying, slights, and themes meant to intentionally unravel me. Themes of my monarching were present amongst alomst every single resident at the facility. Four of the other residents referred to me as a man / he / him while I was at the facility. I am a young woman, 28 years old. Project Monarch. One resident called me a BEAST and referenced BEAUTY AND THE BEAST as she did claiming, the case worker LINDSEY had mentioned it prior. They set me up to fail (purple bag bag'd) every single day and prior to my first step in the facility. They set me up to fail no matter what I did or did not do. 0/5 stars.

They told me (based on their comprehensive evaluation' that I was overweight, had poor posture, needed ergonomic guidance, massage, an anti-inflammatory diet, electrical muscle stimulation, and an adjustment at every visit! While some of that may have been true.... I truly feel like it was all a way to milk my insurance for more $. The doctor was great when I received my adjustments (which immediately made me feel better and able to function again!) When it was time to publish the report, she kept giving excuses and giving different dates to publish. TWO YEARS went by and the report was never published. My attorney as well as myself reached out to her multiple times, showed up to her office, she completely avoided us. We had to have a judge ORDER HER to complete the report. She still did not do that. She ended up having to return us our money we paid her and even then it's an injustice. Wasted time, wasted money, and even worse my own child warmed up to her and asking "why don't I go to see Ms. Jennifer anymore?" The most unprofessional experience I have ever incurred at the hands of a "licensed professional" and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board. This person shouldn't even hold a license.
