When Jennifer started with us we thought she was great. It became a nightmare very quickly. She was to conduct a report for our lawyers after evaluating myself, my ex husband, and my daughter. My ex husband at the time had some issues with alcohol and since been identified as neglectful towards our child. When it was time to publish the report, she kept giving excuses and giving different dates to publish. TWO YEARS went by and the report was never published. My attorney as well as myself reached out to her multiple times, showed up to her office, she completely avoided us. We had to have a judge ORDER HER to complete the report. She still did not do that. She ended up having to return us our money we paid her and even then it's an injustice. Wasted time, wasted money, and even worse my own child warmed up to her and asking "why don't I go to see Ms. Jennifer anymore?" The most unprofessional experience I have ever incurred at the hands of a "licensed professional" and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board. This person shouldn't even hold a license.

Marriage counseling doesn't need to wait and I appreciate him for seeing us so fast. I called other places but there was a week or more wait. Which seems insane to me considering you don't go to a therapist because everything is awesome. David uses the Gottman method to help you through everything. The Gottman method consists of 5 parts. -Assessment -Treatment -Phasing out of therapy -Termination -Outcome You can read all about it on his website. He doesn't pick sides which is why I like him. I like talking to him. I feel comfortable and he is very kind. I feel like I can trust him to help us. He takes BCBS which is awesome. He doesn't just do marriage counseling he also sees individuals for other reasons like Depression, Anexiety, and many other things. He is very reasonably priced compared to other therapists. I'm looking forward to more sessions with David and I know he will shed some light on our issues and help us work through our differences. If you are looking for someone to help you, he is your guy. The diagnosis and testing part of the care experience is not my two star review here. In fact, if…read morethat was all that happened, I wouldn't be writing this, as that all went fine and well. What is more frustrating is it taking the maximum amount of weeks to get said diagnosis back, and the error in said diagnosis is only able to be 'figured out' by a follow up with a doctor that's weeks out. If they give you 4-6 weeks for your entire diagnostic/documents for diagnosis, make sure you call at the 7th week or you won't get it. Oh, and comb through the entire report you get after to make sure as a patient the doctor didnt make any errors, because that will also be your responsibility to then schedule a follow up a month out. Mental health medication, management, and diagnosis are all a waiting a game and I get that that's just the system or whatever, but. The longer I wait for everything the longer my care takes.
