My daughter and I have been using Jennifer for a little over a year. From the first time I reached out to Jennifer to today, she has always been very responsive and easy to work with on scheduling. There have been two times I could recall reaching out to her after hours " dealing with teenager's" and she always responds with an appointment time or that she received the message.
