We met with Mike (the owner) at his showroom who went through every option and provided clear details for the products we had to choose as well as the process from start to finish. We went with Mike's product recommdation, Anlin Windows, based on those details which was clearly the right choice. Mitch (the ops manager/job forman) came to our home at the appointed time, took the measurements and advised what we needed to do to assist in the installation process which was basically moving any large objects away from the windows, both inside and out. In fact, we were contacted every step of the way from the owners, office staff and field staff and advised of the progress of our order. We were notified of the windows arrival at thier warehouse 6 weeks later and set up an installation date. JC and Willy arrived on time and got started right away after thanking me for clearing thier work areas as thoroughly as I did after the intial walk through. They did an amazing job. They were courteous, clean, respectul, and completely professional in every way. They had every window plus a very large slider installed before the end of the day and once again complimented and thanked me making their work areas accessible and easy to work in. They also left every area they worked in cleaned up as if they were never there. A rarety these days! JC then provided me with some tips specfic to any potential screen door squeeks and advised me to apply something on the screen to prevent any accicdents in the form of me or anyone else walking through that screen. I used a couple of thin strips of duct tape. The windows/screens are obviously new and almost transparent. Especially after living with the previous extruded metal OG windows for as long as we did. He showed me the features of each window and door, explained how the locks worked on each and answered any questions I had. There was minor 1 hiccup. During the unpacking process of the windows, JC pointed out to me that 1 of windows would not be able to be installed as it arrived broken. Not the window itself but the top right corner of the exterior vinyl overlap. The damage was not seen at the warehouse as it was under the protective card board/plastic and must have happened during the shipping process from the factory. I know from experience these things happen and it is how they are reacted to that seperates the good companies from the bad. OCWE took care of it without hesitation and insisted I deduct $500 from the intial installation balance until the replacment was installed and the job completely finished. The replacement was rush ordered. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get it. I got a call extactly 2 weeks later and we set up the installation appointment. The final window was just installed in under 30 minutes by JC and Willy as I had requested they come back for the aformentioned reasons. My wife and I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the choices we made specific to the company, product, pricing and professionalism of every team, top down from sales, ops and installation. We would do it again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend OCWE for window/slider upgrades in every way and when you do, make sure you specifically request JC and Willy to install them. You will not be sorry!

We had all of the windows in our home replaced by Legendary Cal-Rep Windows in 2020, and…read moreunfortunately, our experience has been incredibly frustrating ever since. Shortly after installation, we discovered that the large staircase window leaked whenever it rained. Over the past five years, their "fix" was repeatedly applying messy exterior silicone that looked terrible and never solved the issue. At one point, they even suggested the leak might be caused by something within our home rather than the window itself. Eventually, they replaced the window and discovered the original installation they had ordered the wrong size window and had tried to just fill the gaps in and make it work. The second replacement was faulty, requiring yet another order and installation. Now, in 2026, the newest window was installed but still does not function. A Milgard representative inspected it and confirmed the issue is due to improper installation. Despite all of this, we still have no resolution, and there has been little to no proactive effort from the company to make things right. We are extremely disappointed with the product, installation, and overall service. Messages are ignored or we are told they are "checking on the status" but we never hear back. I will update this review if we EVER receive a proper resolution! I am in the customer service business myself, so to have a company treat you this way is so very disappointing.

Damaged Goods: They installed scratched, low-quality glass. Ghosting Customers: When I tried to reach out for a resolution, I found out that many other customers are reporting they "changed ownership" as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their previous mistakes. They take your money ($15k for labor!) and leave you with damaged products, then vanish. This is not a "Legendary" company; it's a predatory business. I'm really happy with how We Screen helped me fix my unusual screen door problems…read more The first time, I needed the guide rail replaced, which isn't something the hardware stores carry, and other screen services didn't offer. Jason and his team helped me order the part in bronze (a special order, since it needed to be painted) and cut it down to size for me to pick up. The second time, the attachment to the wheel on top of my door needed replacing, and they were able to replace that whole corner and put on all new wheels. Now, the door runs so smoothly that it slides open with a light push. I was able to save some money by dropping off and picking up, since I live close by. They're also responsive and friendly. I'm sure I'll use them again when my next obscure problem needs fixing!

These dual pane windows keep my home cool all day. With solar panels and dual pane windows I have not had an electric bill in 8 years. After 20 years I had a window that leaked in the rain and shortly after I called due to one window losing the seal between the dual panes. They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. The ordering process was also very smooth and fast from manufacture through installation scheduling. The only delay on my end was HOA approval, since I live in a condo. The installation coordinator, Yolla, was absolutely amazing--honestly one of the sweetest people I've ever worked with during a home project. She kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installers, Pablo and his partner, were efficient, professional, and friendly. There was an issue with the sliding glass door upon delivery--scratches were noticed before installation.
